"What a gigantic disappointment. This hotel seems to have been last renovated on the 1980s. It is shabby, dirty, run down and completely outdated. The room is ho-hum . The bedroom chairs were so worn that the arms actually had holes in the fabric, and rubbed in dirt all over the chairs, the bathroom was tiny and really cheaply made. The bed super uncomfortable. Th TV remote control was so cheap that we could not even read the letters on it. The tv dido not work for the 2 nights we were there....

"We LOVED our stay at Casa Camper and vowed we’ll stay there again if we go back to Berlin. The staff were so friendly and the customer service was above average. I was sick when I arrived super early and they let me work in the lounge and gave us a key to the room as soon it was ready, and sent our luggage up there for us. "We loved our stay - the room was really clean, quiet and cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is located very close to all the popular attractions and it’s easy to get around with tube and tram stops close by. There are also some lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
