"Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more."

"Perfectly placed in the most perfect of cities! Quite gothic, and definitely not the 'normal' and 'corporate' of interiors adds to the charm. Staff were well annoying at check in - we got there seven minutes early and they wouldn't check us in then whilst standing waiting they checked in two other rooms... Apart from that that staff were lovely!!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, clean towels, shampoo + body wash + hand soap provided, every morning cleaners were always around the hallway to get more toilet roll / amenities as needed. The only “downside” was the hotel is quite out the way from the centre, it’s about 30 minute walk and there’s a free boat that runs 24/7 to take you across the river - also there’s a lot of local bars / restaurants along the way so you can gain a more authentic vibe. If you have mobility issue though and get cabs...
