"First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

"One of the worst check in processes I have every been apart of with Marriott. Arrived slightly before 3 pm check in. Rooms were not ready for our party and several more. (20+). We waited over 1 hour before our first room was ready and then another 1 1/2 before second room was ready. The front desk personal prior to 3 pm were not efficient and basically wanted to pass the buck to the next shift reporting at 3. No communication, no service, basically rooms aren't ready come back in 30 minutes...
