"Whole place smells BAD (and it lingers on you/clothes), we had dirty/sandy sheets, a used ice bucket liner, 2 roaches within 10 mins, our tv was broke, but the **10 year old in a suit and tie** on the check in kiosk was super cute and very polite, he thanked me for my feedback on the broke tv. We just needed a place to sleep, but the smell stayed with us the next day. At least there was parking available by the light and security camera."

"Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."

"Very affordable place to stay but, attracts a lot of arrogant neighbors. They have no respect for other people above, next you, or below you. Last night from 7 pm on June 22, 2026 to 6 am on June 23, 2026 I had the worst night at a hotel ever in my life. The people above me were arguing and throwing things and stomping on the floor the entire night into the morning. Cops came but didn’t do anything. "The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances.
