Service is excellent, I had issue with a flight being cancelled and they happily extend to 6 PM no charge since also bit low on occupancy at their site. The Small gesture that helps me during sudden changes on travel worth more than 5 stars

The staff make this place a great hotel. I would not agree that the property is 5* anymore, but I think that the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind and supportive. The staff make a decent hotel into a 5* experience
