Amazing Loft with Balcony Overlooking River Street by Lucky Savannah

This charming one bedroom apartment overlooks River Street, with views of the river. Stay in Savannah's most popular areas, River Street and Bay Street. Guests are just a short walk to every downtown attraction in this comfortable one-bedroom with sleeper sofa. Hop on a trolley tour right across the street or explore Savannah’s historic squares, museums, and attractions.

Head down to Lower Factors Walk, and locate your historic Savannah escape. Upon entering you'll be immediately greeted by hardwood floors, and exposed brick throughout the unit. The open kitchen is fully stocked, and offers all of the modern conveniences one could ask for. Ideal for entertaining your guests, a dining table is just between the living space and kitchen. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, one being a queen size sleeper ideal for children or additional guests.

Open up the patio, and enjoy the breeze off of the river. Have a morning cup of coffee or a intimate home-cooked meal for two over looking River Street. Take advantage of having this amazing amenity; Enjoy watching first Friday fireworks, overlooking the New Year's festivities, or just watching a beautiful sunset.

Moving to the bedroom, a king-size bed is offered with a spacious closet for storing your belongings. Just off of the bedroom, a large bathroom fitted with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and full-size washer/dryer. A large vanity provides plenty of space to get ready for a day out on the town!

Just steps from bustling Bay Street, restaurants, and shopping of River Street, this home is in the heart of the Historic District. Explore Ellis Square just across Bay Street, where you can tour City Market, enjoy live music, drinks and museums.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. We enjoyed our stay! You cannot beat the location of this unit. We had wonderful views of the river and our kids enjoyed watching the cargo ships each day. Great way to experience Savannah.

Historic Trip

Wife and I stayed at this loft. It was a great stay. Very open floor plan and just wonderful for a couple. Only complaint is the trees on River St. block the majority of the river from the room we stayed in. I would recommend.

Awesome home away from home

The apartment was in an wonderful location overlooking River Street and the Savannah River. We so enjoyed the cargo ships and tug boats on the river and the activity and amentias on River Street. Savannah is a walkable city and we walked 3 to 5 miles each day. Loved our stay.

Great location-Cozy

Great location but a bit noisey at times. Very clean. Thankfully we brought our noise blinder fan for sleep at night. One evening some younger folks who sounded to be having a bit of extra fun, were trying to turn doorknobs to see if any opened-we keep our locked always. other than that snafu, the stay was great. As others stated, it is near a bar and noisier at night. Bed was comfy, amenities great. Loved being able to see the river and boats. Overall, convenient, cosy and clean.

Charming & Convenient Getaway

We decided to take a last minute getaway to Savannah and were so lucky to find this property. It was in the perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a delightful stay with ample space. The property manager was so easy to communicate with. We would 100% recommend staying here on your next visit to Savannah!

Overall good

The apartment was great. Very clean and the view was amazing. We did have a homeless guy sleeping on our steps one night when we came back to the apartment but he moved when we asked him to. Also, the haunted tour stops and does tours under the apartment so you hear loud noises and screaming till about 11. Overall it was a good stay and we will be back. It was nice to be in the center of River st.

Difficult to find the property rear entry because alley lacked signage. used primarily by the pubs and shops for the garbage removal, smoke breaks, and dumping dirty water.

Perfect location for a Savannah getaway

It can be a little tricky to find but it's worth the effort. It's a perfect spot with a nice open floor plan, a balcony over looking River St., and a location that's within walking distance of anything you want to do. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location

We celebrated our anniversary in Savannah and this was the perfect location to stay! Close to everything. We walked to all the shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We enjoyed watching the cargo ships coming and going on the river. Spent a day at Tybee Island and it was only a 20 minute drive. Apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked.

All Smiles Savannah

My husband and I came to Savannah for a weekend stay to relax and meet up with some family. We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect walking distance to everything and the balcony was great for relaxing and people watching. The property was very clean and nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. There is a great area to unload and the parking deck was very close by. We only had to Uber one time to a location, otherwise, everything was easily accessible by foot. We also had Instacart deliver grocery’s for us, I just made sure to be specific about where to find our location since it is tucked away a bit. We will definitely be back when we return to Savannah, it was a great choice and experience.

No internet or operational TV

The Good-This property is pretty unique and cool. It only works for couple as there is no privacy door for master. It would be an easy fix with adding “sliding barn door.” -Location is great and close to just about everything. Views out the patio are neat for cargo boats or simply people watching. The Bad- we had no internet, router, or TV for our time and although we called the managing company two different days, we received no help or call back. This is sad when the property advertises one thing and you receive another. -This is a very noisy place due to heavy traffic of cars/people out front and more importantly the Ghost/entertainment business right below. We were hearing booming noises every night until 11ish. Parking is a difficult challenge. We found a garage a few blocks over behind Starbucks ($16/day). We waited to hear from owner/manager but almost a week later we will leave this review.

Perfect location

The place was very clean. The balcony was my favorite for people watching. It was kinda tricky to find and park, but once we did, we didn't drive again until we left. Restaurants, bars, shopping, were all so convenient. We will be back!
