"Perfect location but our room lock had constant problems and finally died. We wanted to go out multiple times and while out tried to check in on our room access to get back in over 2 days. You cannot get a person on the end of the phone at either concierge or front desk. Tried literally over 30 times ..."

Hotel Tybee
"WiFi does not work, tv stuck in Spanish and stuck on inappropriate shows. called 3 days in a row for them to fix it. They never fixed it, bartender at the tiki bar acted like she was drunk and made terrible drinks, hotel was outdated and dirty we checked out early because we were so uncomfortable. ..."
