"Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice."

"Tune is owned by Air Asia. Tune Dago (Bandung) is fairly new. Staff are 1st class. All I want is a clean bed and a great shower. Tune Dago fits the bill but is a great hotel in a good location. I will stay again. Love-it & thanks Tune."

"Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu. Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat. "It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby. Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location. The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready."

"Wonderful property. Very spacious and modern design. We did had trouble getting into the villa, nobody told us how to check in. Found the door key in a box outside the villa. Had a minor issue with pests such as ants indoor and outdoor. Overall our stay were very comfortable. Will stay here again in the future."

"A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility. Two towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights, this is cheap. The flush in the toilet was broken, we had to use the plastic device in the shower...
