A 100 m² house on two levels with 4 bedrooms, suitable for 10–12 people. It is located in a hamlet with several vacation rentals.

The enclosed courtyard features a motorized awning, patio furniture, and a barbecue.
On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, and living area, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.

You have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows below the cottage, where you’ll find a ping-pong table, a swing, a volleyball net, a pétanque court, a picnic table, and a heated pool (open in July and August), which are shared with the other vacation rentals.

A bus stop is just a few steps from the rental. The bus goes all the way to downtown Sarlat (no late-night service).

During your stay, we’re available to provide recommendations for walks, outings, and great dining spots. A pet-sitting service is also available depending on the season.

Linens are not provided. You can rent them (please inquire when booking).

Dogs allowed under certain conditions: You must present an up-to-date vaccination and parasite prevention record. Dogs are not allowed to roam freely or be left alone in the rental property. Sofas and beds may not be used as sleeping areas. Dog waste must be picked up by the owner and disposed of in the trash. Noisy pets are not permitted. A €35 surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
