***Located Directly on Siesta Key Crescent Beach with White Sugary Sand***
Just a few steps and you are directly on the beach with free beach and lounge chairs.

Beach Gulf view from all rooms!!! Enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beach and blue water with a delightful breeze, no better way to start your day!

This 5th floor two bedroom, two bath condo is totally and completely renovated. New tile throughout. There are two bedroom suites with private baths. It is a split floor plan so each suite is on different sides of condo for privacy. Each bedroom has new slider doors that open to screened in lanai with beautiful Gulf Views. Both rooms also has new furniture, mattresses and flat screen t.v.'s. Each bathroom is completely renovated with brand new walk in shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting. paint, ect.
One bedroom has a King bed and 2nd bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 6 comfortably.
Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. The kitchen is also completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware ect.
Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable, and free wifi.
All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding.
Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Walk out of the building and put your feet in the white sugary sand of beautiful Siesta Key beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo.

There is also a very reasonable service at beach entrance where you can have umbrellas and chairs set up for you and ready for whenever you go to the beach.

Gorgeous Gulf views from both bedrooms and living room. Lay in bed and open your eyes to a beautiful beach, blue water of the Gulf of Mexico!

Crescent Arms offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are at the pool for your convenience. It is also a gated community and has one assigned parking spot with carport and visitor parking for extra cars.

Close to restaurants, stores, shopping, ice cream ect. A perfect place to spend a great vacation. Close walking distance to market, ice cream, restaurants, cafe, 7-11, tiki bar, Daiquiri Deck, famous Cap't Curts seafood. ect.

There are also free jitneys and Trolley that will take you the length of the Key.

Very close to "The Point of Rocks" where people love to search for shells and go snorkeling. A perfect stay on this more private peaceful part of Famous Siesta Key Beach.

Siesta Key

The unit was clean and close to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect location close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The kids had beach toys and had everything they could have asked for! Owners were very responsive, helpful and check in and out were super easy! will stay again.

Great view!

The condo was perfect for my wife and another couple. We loved walking around town and hanging on the beach. Quick and easy drive to Ed Smith Stadium for Orioles games. The place was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Owner was really nice and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay again.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this Crescent Arms condo. Nicely updated condo, clean, plenty of room and storage and great view of the beach and ocean. Short walk to beach and pool, easy to catch the trolley out front. Beach was beautiful, easy to get beach chairs. All in all highly recommended for a Siesta Key stay.

Thanksgiving bliss

The ocean view condo was prefect for our small family vacation. Walking distance of restaurants on Siesta Key and the perfect access to the beach. Condo was beautiful and our weather was perfect.

Our family loves Siesta Key and we enjoyed this spot for its comfortable updates inside as well as the proximity, view, and access to the beach. AC worked great, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and more.

First time to siesta key

The pool is not conveniently located especially in the high 90° weather walking through a hot parking lot. Not sure if that’s accurately depicted in the property description when looking online. Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the unit itself was very clean.

Exactly as promised

Unit is as nice as pictured, if not better. The pictures do not do the view justice. Friendly and responsive owners. We love Crescent Arms for the location and private beach. This unit stood out from others in the building we’ve stayed in due to more modern furnishings, and also a modern approach to home renting with more practical items included for us (cleaning solutions, nice beach towels, beach toys, etc). Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay!

Fall Beach Vacation

This was our first time to Siesta Key. The condo is right on the beach. The linens, towels and beach towels are all included. The owner is available by cell phone or email for any questions. There is a private beach and beach chairs are available , there is a fee for the umbrella, but it's well worth it. The chairs and umbrella are set up in the morning and taken down in the evening. There is a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and bicycle rentals. This is a beautiful place to visit.

Awesome Hostess - Only place to stay

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this Crescent White Sand Beach condo. The condo is clean, full of kitchen/bath amenities & bonus includes beach toys, rafts, coolers. Vacationing in hurricane season there is always a chance of evacuation even if it doesn't happen a lot. This year we experienced it first hand for a few days. She kept us updated- day/night, answered our messages asap, helped us locate other temp arrangements. I felt she really cared about her condo guests like family. When we got back we talked to other people staying in the building w/other hosts. Sadly, they did not have the same great communication w/their host as we did & it was so vital to have. That in itself is why if you are looking for a place on the Key this is the condo/hostess you need to book with. You will have peace of mind that she really cares that you do have an amazing time while you vacation in her beautiful home. Highly Highly Recommend!!!
