This is a corner condo, so you have more space and a side window view.
We just repainted our apartment and renovated the bathroom.
A luxurious experience on the beautiful beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico awaits you when you check into this fabulous unit.
Enjoy the large living room area with a queen Murphy bed for extra comfort, there`s plenty of room for 6 in this condo.

Whether you want a relaxing visit enjoying the relaxation of all of the comforts of home with stunning views of the beach or are looking for fun in the sun by day and delicious food and exciting nightlife in the evening, you can find no better place.

This one bedroom Condo on the third floor with extra large private balcony is the place to enjoy the sound of the rolling waves and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Longboat Key. This unit located in the Tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is bright and spacious.
2 Queen beds in the bedroom and queen murphy bed in the living room.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, and living room with sliding glass doors.
With the use of our elevator, you just step away from the heated pool, beach and other community amenities.

We spend every new years at this apartment and love it. Perfect location, in great condition, feet from the beach, and close to all kinds of restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Great communication from the owner and building management. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful girl getaway

What a wonderful place to stay the grounds are beautiful it is so quiet peaceful it feels almost home and you like it your private beach and your private residence. Everyone that you there the staff and even the gas were so wonderful and it seemed like everybody had been there many years in a row. That tells you something about a place when people return year after year.

Beautiful views!

Entering the property and seeing the view of the beach was stunning. Everything was perfect inside. We have stayed at 100's of places over the years but this property and the views are our all-time favorite. The location was perfect for walks on the beach, patio views of the sunset, nearby restaurants and family within easy drive. The beach chairs and noodles for a swim were an extra pleasure! We will absolutely return!
