For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

We need a few hours to authorize your access at the entrance so if you make your reservation for same day entry and it happens outside of business hours, we will need more time to authorize your access.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

THE APARTMENT

This accommodation is recently renovated, everything inside is brand new and equipped to receive up to 4 people and make everyone feel at home, a spacious apartment with a minimalist decor, in white, bright wood and each room with a color that gives it a more lively feel to the environment with elegance and charm.
The spacious living room has a table for four, white wood and glass china cabinet, sofa and television, the full kitchen in blue-green color has a fridge, filter, microwave, 4-burner stove and oven and utensils for cooking, the laundry room has a washing machine and even has a balcony overlooking the back street of the building.
In the bedrooms, both with a double bed and built-in wardrobes and bedside lamps, one with a reddish tone and the other in blue, as well as their newly planned bathroom with a touch of light wood. The social bathroom follows the same decor but with a green tone from half the walls upwards.

The location is one of the strong points of all our accommodations, this apartment is no different, located very close to Rua Augusta, Frei Caneca, Paulista and Hospital Sírio-Libanês, located in Herculano de Freitas is one of the most sought after locations and by whom want to be close to everything and with many options of what to do in the city of São Paulo without having to travel far.
