The property is in a fantastic location, and the hotel itself is modern and just a year old. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.
Moises at Guest Services was exceptional. I had a booking issue through a third party, and he took it upon himself to resolve it quickly and with a positive attitude. On top of that, he was kind enough to upgrade our room, making our experience even more special. His dedication turned a stressful moment into a wonderful memory.
Johanna from Housekeeping was warm and thorough, and Damian, the bellboy, was equally helpful and kind.
Don’t miss dining at Zola Restaurant, and be sure to ask for Eric. His recommendations for both food and wine were spot-on, and he made our evening extra special.
Even the security and valet parking staff stood out. Always kind, smiling, and genuinely happy to help, their welcoming attitude added to the sense of comfort and care throughout our stay.
This getaway was exactly what my husband and I needed: peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing.
A gentle reminder to future guests: please remember to tip the staff. They work incredibly hard and, while wages in the Dominican Republic may be low, the service and hospitality are truly five-star. Be kind, be generous, and be respectful when visiting another country.
This hotel is a gem, but it’s the people who truly make it shine. Highly recommend staying here
