Refurbished 2-bed in popular Los Gigantes w/ private garden, terrace & sea views

A unique opportunity to book a 2 bed/2 bathroom on the lower ground and a 1 bed on the upper ground (Property ID 10179281). Ideal for extended family or friends.

This property had a new modern kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, floor tiling inside and out and all new furnishings in April 2017.

A ground floor apartment with a large private garden/terrace with open plan living area. Situated in a quiet part of Los Gigantes and enjoys fantastic views of the sea, cliffs and La Gomera. It comprises 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area leading directly to a large private terrace and garden via two patio doors which is ideal for all year round alfresco dining. An electric sun canopy has just been installed over the terrace which is helpful during that mid/late afternoon sun.

Extremely well maintained block of 4 apartments, access from street level down a short flight of steps. There is a choice of public swimming pools (check open before visiting), a beach and a natural rock pool (weather permitting) within a 5 minute walk of the apartment, all offering excellent facilities.
The apartment has free wifi, Skywire Smart TV with a huge selection of television channels and a DVD player.

Calle El Pino is ideally placed for the harbour, village square, restaurant, shops and the beach, all a short stroll away.

There is a maid service at the end of your stay and linen provided for a weekly change.

A car is not essential as a very good bus service provides a reliable service along the coast to neighbouring towns and beaches if you wish to explore. However, there is plenty of roadside parking if you do decide to hire a car. A lovely coast path leads to Puerto Santiago (1 km approx) and further on to Playa de la Arena (3 km approx).

The closest airport is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) and is a 30 minute drive away.

Due to a drop at the rear boundary of the garden, care must be taken if children are staying or visiting this property. It is marked by a small white retaining wall but this is not a safety barrier and caution should be taken not to go too close. We cannot be held responsible for accidents.

We do offer a 'Meet and Greet' service to all our guests who are first time visitors to our apartment at no extra cost and Mike and Sue who provide this service for you can arrange transfers from the airport.

Summer holidays in Tenerife

The place is very nice, well equipped and close to all facilities (groceries, restaurants and beach are within 10 minutes walk maximum). Big plus for the terrace, where we enjoyed having breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a and great sea view.

Another wonderful trip

This is a high spec property. Our third visit and Tanya and Alan are always making improvements. Loved the new couch and automatic awning. Of course the terrace and views are the main attraction - the cliffs, the sea, the sunset. Also close to all local amenities and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Fabulous and modern

Just returned home from a week staying at this lovely apartment. Loved the decor, view and very comfortable bed and modern bathrooms. Everything about this apartment gave us a very nice holiday. Not far to walk into the harbour or town. Lots of places to eat and the harbour was atmospheric. Our hosts were very helpful when we had a problem with the tv and wifi which was out of their control and was a fault by the supplier. Plenty of crockery and glassware plus essential washing machine. A nice touch was the welcome pack. Fabulous patio with sunbeds and view. I think Tanya and Alan have a superb holiday home and our stay was too short. A good information brochure supplied. Plenty of storage space. Highly recommended.

Los Gigantes Lovely Property with great views

Great stay at los gigantes

The apartment is very well located in à peaceful street far enough from loud bars of Los gigantes and with à great sea view and lovely terrace. Very well furnished. We were very well welcomed by tanya and her husband. The only disappointement when we arrived Was to discover that there was no arrangement for a swimming pool. But we spent 2 great weeks in tenerife.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Los Gigantes: l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec vue sur la mer que ce pour les apéro/repas ou pour se prélasser sur les transats. De plus, l'appartement est bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage.

Another wonderful week

Second time staying at thIs apartment and we still loved it. Tanya was very accommodating - allowing us to delay our final payment on the property while we awaited more info on gov travel restrictions. In the end I was so glad we decided to travel. A relaxing week, stunning views from the terrace, chilled out drinks and dinner in the evening as the sun set. The apartment has everything you need and lots of lovely little bars and restaurants in Los Gigantes too. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Return visit

This was a return visit to the property, chosen because of its location and all the facilities that are available. Given that we arrived just after a Sand storm, the apartment was in excellent condition, and Mike and Sue had worked really hard to bring it back to its high standard which I know they like to keep..If I had any criticism, it would be the Internet, the service is a little intermittent, but you can live with that. Unfortunately the property is booked out for the period we wanted next year, otherwise we definately have returned.

Mix emotions...

We rented this place for the Terrasse and the view... on this side we were not disappointed, really nice view with some grass in front of your nose which is Luxury in this area where it is just building and concrete. The apartment was really nice furnished and clean but much smaller than expected... but we didn’t need bigger, I wouldn’t recommend for 2 couples. We had 2 major issues with this place, you have to close all the windows for safety when you are not there, which make sense, but also at night... what make you feel really claustrophobic... as it is on the 1st floor, you have the feeling to be in a cave... the biggest problem was the neighbours... so if you’re lucky, you might have it quiet but was not our case... between the next door neighbour watching horror/action movie on his laptop on the Terrasse during apero/ sunset time and the neighbours “shagging”/screaming/talking all night, it was a real nightmare... 1st time I was looking to go home during vacation! Overall cute place but will not take the chance to go back! Good luck!! ;-)

Super apartment with amazing views!

The apartment was very well appointed, clean, modern and had everything we needed. As others have said, the views really are as fantastic as advertised, and we very much enjoyed eating al fresco each day calmed by the wonderful view and surrounds. We've not been to Los Gigantes before and knew little of it, but were impressed with the "village" feel and being able to access all that you needed on foot. We did hire a car which was handy for a few excursions, Mt Teide another highlight, but you could definitely manage without. We hope to return and explore the island further and to enjoy another wonderful stay!

Perfect location to relax and also to explore the island

- Very good location in a nice street in a small town. - Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to restaurants and local beach - Little terrace is ideal to spend breakfast and dinner while watching the ocean. - 2 green parrots joined us in the mornings which resulted good photos and good start of the day - Home is nice and well equipped, comfortable for 4.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, its locality is very good with easy access to all local restaurants, bars and amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Los Gigantes. So much so, we've booked it for next year.

Great property in a lovely location.

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks, 1 - 15 March2019. The apartment was very well furnished and comfortable with great evening views toward Gomera. We had a bit of an incident but Sue and Mike and Tanya were extremely helpful. It was good to renew our acquaintance with Los Gigantes after some 25 years - but we have to admit to finding that our advanced years made some of the inclines a bit more of a challenge. Wonderful appartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay.The property was well equipped and had the benefit of UK channels on the TV.It was only a few minutes walk to the harbour and centre of Los Gigantes which was a huge benefit.The views from the patio area were wonderful looking out to sea and the cliffs.Mike and Sue gave us a warm welcome and lots of information.Nothing to dislike.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

From the point of booking communication with the owner (Tanya) was excellent. The useful information leaflet was one of the best I have ever seen. As we were arriving quite late Tanya arranged for Mike & Sue to meet us at the airport. Mike’s instructions of where to meet him ensured we were soon on our way to the apartment. On arrival Mike & Sue explained everything to us. The apartment was immaculate, Tanya had provided a welcome pack, milk, biscuits, coffee, tea, an extremely large bottle of water & more importantly a bottle of wine! This pack was really useful as we were so late arriving. On waking the next morning the view took our breath away & thanks to Tanya’s welcome pack we were able to sit outside & enjoy a cup of tea before exploring Los Gigantes. The beds were extremely comfy, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water & the TV & DVD were easy to operate. It’s only a very short walk from the apartment downhill into Los Gigantes. (Lots of apartments are situated higher up the cliff side & we were extremely relieved Tanya’s wasn’t!) There were lots of good restaurants in which to eat. We loved breakfast at Tipsy Terrace & Ocean Drive. Evening meal at Charlie’s Bistro (amazing menu), restaurante Ibericos (for fish) & CK’s Bistro. It’s worth reserving tables at all for your evening meal as they are all extremely popular. A wonderful stay in a beautiful well kept & cared for apartment. Thank you Tanya, Alan, Mike & Sue
