This Modern King Size Condo located only 20 minutes from Santiago Airport, centrally located with 24 hr. security. It's equipped with everything you will need to enjoy an outstanding vacation in Santiago DR. You will enjoy access to 3 swimming pools, gym, recreational area, kids park and a basketball court.
All bedrooms have been equipped with WI-FI enabled Multi-Color Bulbs (16,000+ colors) that you can control with your smart phone. Our internet connection has speeds of 30MBPS for our guest use. You will have access to 2 balconies one having view to 2 of the 3 swimming pools in the complex. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials to have a pleasant stay. We have also upgraded our Condo with back up power inverter, additional water storage & a washer for your convenience.

Our bedroom Layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom Is equipped with the following:
-King size bed
-En suite bathroom
-WI-Fi enabled light bulb with over 16,000 colors to choose from
-32" in TV with Cable
-Sun Blocking Blackout shades
-12,000 BTU ductless Air Conditioner

2nd & 3rd Bedroom are all equipped with the following

I thought the place was as described in the description of the property. The place was comfortable and spacious. My family and myself didn’t have any issues while staying in the property. Great location and is very close to all the places to visit while in Santiago.

We ended up going to a different apartment because of something going on with the booked one. Pedro made sure everything was ready and made the process easy for us. The place had 24/7 security, in a nice area.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star because I’m used to more luxurious stay in the past. But overall it is nice place and clean for the price. AC works great. Here are my recommendations for improvement. The sofa is very uncomfortable. No batteries for the remote control for the TV but I don’t watch tv so I didn’t bother to contact the host. No tv in the living room , so a tv would be a nice . No soap in the bathrooms. 2 Pillows in the master bedroom was too hard. And the master bathroom door couldn’t close all the way for privacy. No remote for the gate to enter the parking lot so I had to park my car on the street.

Pedro, your 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is awesome! It has a Beautiful view from the back balcony to the glamorous pool area. All rooms are very spacious, especially the King master bedroom with its personal bathroom. Beautiful furniture decor throughout the apartment with a spacious kitchen. It’s close to the center of the city of Santiago. It has a guarded entrance to the apartment complex and a gated entrance to the apartment building... a very safe area. Pedro was always at my disposal when I had a question, and if he was not available he would have someone call me to address any questions or concerns. I will definitely stay at your place when I return to the country Pedro, thank you for your hospitality! Yvette from Florida

I can not give this place or owner less than five stars as he was exceptional and his place were very clean and top notch. This is priority numero UNO for me. Mostly this is base on my interaction with Pedro. He is truly a professional who ensures your satisfaction is first and paramount. He always follow up on his promises to ensure you, the renter is completely satisfied. He has numerous properties in the area and trust me, all are top notched. I have seen several and the photos of others for my future trips. I am planning on doing business with him again. In fact, I have already referred him to numerous of my friends because of his professionalism when dealing with me first hand. I am well pleased with the area and my interaction with this owner. Lastly, the cleaniness of the place as well as the surrounding area was outstanding. Thanks again Pedro. Ree D.

Stayed in Santiago, DR at this property for four days. Once we located the property we found it to be within a gated community within a gated development. The apartment is set up with the basic needs and is kept clean and up to date. The owner, Pedro, is more than accommodating with staying in touch and answering any questions.

I stood here for my brother's wedding, apartment was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. The pool was clean and huge. My kids loved it. Location is very accessible, many stores that deliver and it has 24 hour security. The owner was always checking in and available. He was super nice. I am extremely pleased and will rent this place for my next visit. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Is a great place to stay, secure, place is clean, A/C In bedrooms, wifi, a pool next to the apartment, the only thing the apartment needs is a coffee maker, other than that the place is great. the owner pedro stays in contact with you all the time to make sure everything is going good. I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to famity and friends. Thanks for the hospitality pedro. A+
