• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud outdoor activity during this time.

• Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Please note that street parking is not available and strictly prohibited.

Under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on the grass or lawn, as this area has the sprinklers and the septic tank. Driving over those can cause significant damage, and repairs would be extremely costly.

• We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 overnight guests (ages 3 and above) and allow up to 4 additional daytime visitors, for a total of 10 people on the property. Daytime visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM.

• Fire Safety: The indoor fireplace has been decommissioned due to fire danger and air quality regulations.

!! We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.

Even in more open areas, sound can carry and impact nearby neighbors. We appreciate your help in keeping things respectful and compliant throughout your stay.

Damage Protection Coverage

The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. A farm girl's dream! House is beyond charming, quiet and clean. Kitchen is very well stocked, making cooking a breeze. While there was a snafu in the listing description, the host promptly made it right and was very professional. Would highly recommend this lovely home!

Beautiful place. We love the ability to just take a walk from the house. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately they have an ant problem. They are trying to work through it.

We had a great time. The hot tub was already warm and the beds were comfortable. Remember to screenshot the Wi-Fi name and password. There is no service when you get to the house. Great place.

Beautiful House!

I recently stayed with a few friends for a rainy weekend in February, and we had a really lovely stay, despite the weather. The house is very well appointed and there are a lot of thoughtful details throughout like extra phone chargers if you happen to forget yours, and really nice bath & body products in the bathroom. The kitchen has lots of cookware, cooking tools, and small electrics, with some essential cooking ingredients. It's still a good idea to bring your own ingredients if you're planning to cook. The property is conveniently located near Santa Rosa and Calistoga, with easy access to some great wineries in the area. We enjoyed staying in due to the rain and had a very cozy stay with comfort food, wine, and movies. The jacuzzi was refreshing in the cold rain, and we took advantage of it the first night we arrived. The property manager is very communicative and provided a lot of helpful info to us before we arrived. He also made sure to check in when we were there, and was responsive when we had questions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
