Welcome to "Serene Dunes!" This large, brand new, beautifully decorated 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and boasts a private *heated pool, 5 outdoor seating areas, 2 living areas, and a free golf cart!

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place.

The open concept first floor of the home is a perfect place to hang with all the family, where everyone has room to spread out and still feel included. The well appointed kitchen offers beautiful quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, a large farm style dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, and 5 additional seats at the expansive kitchen island! Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Off the first floor hallway is access to the home's private pool area. This patio has outdoor seating for 4, a bbq grill, and a perfect sized pool for cooling off after a hot day at the beach! Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, and a laundry closet for use during your stay. .

The second floor boasts 3 additional bedrooms, as well as built-in full over full hallway bunks. On this level there are 2 guest suites, each featuring a king bed, full private bathrooms with a walk-in shower, and each with access to their own private balcony for your morning coffee, or evening night cap. Additionally there is a 3rd guest bedroom on this level with king bed, and a full hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Moving up to the 3rd floor of the home you will find a large 2nd living area, bunk room, and the homes 5th full bathroom. Furnished with a comfortable sectional, large flat screen tv, and a game table, the kids are sure to enjoy making memories in this bonus living space. There is a bunk room off this loft area with 1 set of twin over twin bunks, 1 set of full over full bunks, and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well. Lastly you will find the homes 5th balcony off this 3rd story loft so everyone has space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather!

These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
