The main house features an open-concept living area anchored by a massive 85" Smart TV and a gourmet chef's kitchen designed for feeding a crowd. This well-stocked kitchen includes high-end finishes plus a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and toaster oven, making it easy to prep everything from quick breakfasts to full family feasts. With multiple king suites throughout the home, everyone can spread out comfortably.
The home's layout is built for big groups who want both together time and breathing room. The top floor is a true bonus level, featuring a massive bunk room that sleeps a crowd, plus a game room, wet bar with mini fridge, and patio access, creating a natural second hangout space for kids, teens, or late-night games. For even more flexibility, the separate carriage house functions like a private mini-home with two bedrooms and its own full kitchen, making it ideal for separate families traveling together, grandparents who want a quieter space, or anyone who appreciates extra privacy.
Outside, the lakefront setting becomes the main event. Transition seamlessly to the sun-drenched patio where you'll find a private pool (heating available for $100/day, by request) and a private in-pool hot tub positioned to overlook the serene waters of coastal dune Oyster Lake. Whether you're taking a refreshing dip or soaking in the spa at sunset, the water views provide a breathtaking backdrop. The estate also includes a private wooden dock, perfect for morning coffee and direct lake access for a day of waterfront fun.
Adventure is at your fingertips with a premium collection of amenities included with your stay. Getting Around:
This stretch of Santa Rosa Beach is a great home base for exploring Walton County’s 30A corridor, with a mix of walkable beach access areas and easy routes to nearby beach towns by bike or car. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton.
Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car:
• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Walking works well in local centers and beach access areas, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.
• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group, helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
