Located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach, the cottage is a SHORT WALK TO THE ONE OF THE LARGEST PUBLIC BEACHES ON 30A, so a lot of room to spread out with rental chairs nearby if that is your preference. The bungalow is situated among a peaceful, wooded enclave with shady lots. The Eastern Lake and Ramsgate public beach accesses are short 5-minute walk. You and your guests won't have to cross busy 30A to enjoy the beach. The Greenway Station with shops, restaurants, coffee, and ice cream is also only a 5-minute walk. All of the action is a short bike ride or walk away!

The bungalow offers 3 spacious bedrooms (king, king, queen) and open concept living and dining areas. Enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar, serve family meals at the dining table, and retreat to the screened porch for a glass of wine and your favorite book to top off the evening.

The primary bedroom (king) includes an en suite bathroom and a private entrance to the side deck. The two other bedrooms (king, queen) share the spacious hall bath with full tub and shower. The kitchen is stocked with vacation essentials and affords plenty of counter space for taco night, take out, or a full sandwich spread before heading to the beach. A laundry area, with stackable high-end units, and a full pantry area complete the bungalow’s interior floor plan.

PRIVATE POOL and SPA. This is more than a dipping pool, and at 12'x22', offers plenty of space to splash around. The spa promises a relaxing experience with enough room for the whole family. Pool can be heated for an additional fee September thru April; if interested, please inquire with the Owner. Hot tub is generally included in the rate except for 1+ week stays in fall/winter/spring (please inquire). Plenty of deck space around the pool allows for catching the Florida rays and the natural surroundings provide an oasis-like feel in the backyard.

The bungalow maintains a wonderful front, screened-in porch, with plenty of seating and overhead fans. It is a private oasis to enjoy during the day or a quiet Florida eve. A side deck provides ample space and three seating areas to get outside and enjoy a cookout, morning cup of coffee underneath the sea oaks, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower to wash off the day.

The bungalow is pet friendly! Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome with surcharge ($275). Upon booking request, please indicate if you want to bring a pet so you can discuss with owner. The homeowner expects to host responsible pet owners who pick up after their pooch (on and off property) and take care that no damage is done to the inside of the house.

The Seagrove Bungalow welcomes you and your family! Although personally managed by the owner, the bungalow has on-call maintenance to address any issues during your stay. The house comes with a starter kit of paper towels roll (1), toilet paper (1 fresh roll per bathroom plus the house usually has a stock of extras, although cannot be guaranteed), 2 travel size vanity kits (shampoo, body wash etc.), dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, small bottle of dish soap, and dish towels.

NOTE: PHOTO ID AND SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS! The minimum age to secure rental is 25. Rental agreement will be sent upon acceptance of reservation request, with actual signatures gathered electronically via my central booking platform.
