This wonderful unit has panoramic gulf views of the breathtaking Emerald Coast beaches, view of Eastern Lake, and sugar white sand beaches just steps outside your private balcony. Enjoy majestic sunsets while enjoying your outdoor dinners or dolphin watching at dusk or dawn while overlooking sand dunes and natural vegetation. WiFi, cable television, smart Tv device for streaming favorite apps on the television, in-unit washer/dryer plus all cooking necessities and starter toiletries.

Excellent Experience

Excellent family vacation experience. During the first night we discovered the AC was not working properly. I texted the owner at 6:30 am and she immediately called me and had an AC Tech on site and the AC was back up and running by 10am. It was overall a great experience and I could not have been more pleased with property and the owner and her attention to our needs. The only negative would be that golf carts are not allowed on property due to limited parking.

Perfect!

We had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We had coffee on the lanai in the morning and cocktails on the lanai in the evening. The condo decor was “beachy” and perfect! The bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Communication was flawless. We highly recommend this jewel and would love to return!

Everything about this condo is perfect. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location just could not be more ideal. Loved the artwork too! We had great communication with Debbie and no issues with checkin.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful with stunning beach views! Very clean, decorated very nice, and we loved how close it was to the Seaside area and local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great condo right on the beach!

We have been staying in this area for the last several years, but have never been directly on the beach. It was a game-changer. Being able to walk right out to the ocean without having to lug a day's worth of supplies made this a true vacation. I was also able to sit on the balcony and watch my tween kids play ball without having to be right there with them. The condo was fine. It could probably use some newer furniture and a deep clean, but the value was the beach, so we were very pleased!

Spring Break

Cannot beat the beach view and beach access!!!! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had mostly everything you need for a short visit. And Host was very responsive and helpful!!!!! Biggest negative is the terribleInternet service. Could not make a call inside condo and WiFi was not consistent. Was not able watch tv without wifi going out every few minutes so I gave up. But overall 4/5!!!!!

View better than advertised!

The pictures cannot do justice to the gorgeous view from the balcony of this property. There are not only amazing sunsets but also sunrises. Literally steps from the beach, this condo is comfortable and convenient with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, which it was! I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Seagrove Condo

The stay for a week was a really good experience. Good location and the beach was right there with great access no matter what unit you were staying in. The condo was clean and was in a good neighborhood. The only cons to the condo were small. The parking was tight with a bigger vehicle. The outlet on the pouch didn’t work. The gate for beach access controlled by the fob didn’t work also. Overall it was a really relaxing trip and would definitely book it again!

Wonderful Week at Almost Paradise!

My family and I just returned from an amazing week at Almost Paradise! Debbie was a wonderful host and the check in directions were easy and thorough. She even allowed us to check in early to beat the hurricane that was headed that way (it ended up missing us thankfully)! The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds and linens were comfortable. The best part however, was the location! As others stated, you really can't beat the beach front access, especially with two young kids! No struggling to find a parking space or loading up a wagon and walking to an access point. All you have to do is walk down the boardwalk to your beautiful private beach! It was also really nice being right next to Eastern Lake. It was the perfect spot to let the kids play and splash around while getting to relax and not worry about the currents taking them away. I will mention that there are numerous signs stating no tents or canopies on the beach, however many people staying there set theirs up and code enforcement never said anything. I would have definitely brought ours if we had known. We ended up using the chair service which was nice, but also cost $60/day. Also, Old Florida Fish House is a short drive down the road if you are looking for a dinner spot with a great atmosphere and views! Can't recommend Almost Paradise enough! We are already looking forward to coming back next year hopefully!
