The outdoor backyard oasis is a true highlight, featuring a private heated pool, tiki bar with sink and prep space, two outdoor dining tables seating six each with umbrellas, an outdoor half bath (perfect for kids), and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. This private setup makes poolside living effortless and enjoyable for all ages.
Inside, the first level offers a comfortable king guest suite with walk-in closet and wet bar—ideal for guests who prefer minimal stair use. The newly remodeled bathroom features a custom tile walk-in shower, quartz vanity, and updated fixtures.

The second level opens to a spacious open-concept living area with multiple seating zones, including two full couches, three accent chairs, and an additional sitting nook with bistro table. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with sound bar. A full guest bathroom on this level was fully renovated with a new tub, custom tile surround, and quartz vanity. The gourmet kitchen is a standout, featuring brand-new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, a dedicated ice maker, double sinks (including a wet bar sink), ceramic cooktop, built-in wall oven and microwave, and fully stocked cabinetry. The kitchen bar seats eight, and the dining table seats eight, positioned beside a bay window overlooking the pool deck. French doors lead to a balcony with stairs down to the pool area.

The third level features the luxurious primary king suite with private balcony. The spa-inspired master bathroom showcases an oversized 10-foot custom walk-in shower with handcrafted artisan tile to the ceiling, dual shower heads, niches, seating, and elegant pebble mosaic flooring.
