  • Bella Vista, an authentic Seaside cottage, holds the unique distinction of being the first building established in the Seaside area, originally constructed in 1981 on Tupelo Street. Originally serving as the sales office for Seaside, it has since been lovingly converted into a cherished home. The quaint beach décor, coupled with its expansive screen porch, makes it a timeless favorite for families seeking an authentic Seaside experience. Positioned just as the second house on Tupelo, it's mere steps away from the beach pavilion.

    The cottage sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen bedrooms (each with a full bathroom), living room, dining room, snack bar, and kitchen all on one level. Spend your day at the beach or enjoy Seaside's private pool and tennis facilities.

    Your stay at Bella Vista comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

    If you need more room, add Margarita Days to your reservation. It's Bella Vista's little sister house that sleeps up to 4 in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2-story cottage immediately behind Bella Vista.

    A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The cottage was clean, well outfitted and so cute. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a great convenience. We especially loved the wraparound porch. The location was also perfect, just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the town square. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable family beach house

We loved our 5 day trip to Seaside! This quaint, original Seaside cottage is ideally located on Tupelo and had everything we needed. We loved the big, screened in porch and the large outdoor shower. Very short walk to the beach and a short stroll to pool/town center.

Just fun

Ive been coming to Seaside for years but this trip i wanted to stay in Seaside instead of just driving there. Found a great place through VRBO and the rest was a breeze. Will definitely be booking this rental for another trip.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Fell in love with the house due to the "beachy" vibe. Very comfortable and warm accommodation. The large porch area provided plenty of room to relax with friends. It's so close to the beach access I didn't need to wear my flops. It has the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced with a rental. Everything about this place screams "Relax, you're at the beach!" I liked it so much I went ahead and put down a deposit for next year.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this home- as long time Seaside visitors we are familiar with the town and knew we wanted to be near the beach and an easy walk to the town center since we have small kids. We also appreciate the history of this house. The screen porch was great to have as we had several rainy days. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having an outdoor shower with some privacy that led into the indoor shower. It helped us not to track sand and water in. Having one level and no bunk beds was safer for our kids as well we felt.We did inquire about the availability of kids toys or chairs before arrival and were told there were none but were pleasantly surprised at a closet full of beach toys and a couple of small chairs. Only complaint was not having a blanket for the sleeper sofa and having to use a beach towel over the sheet for our son at night. It would be great to have a blanket on a shelf for use if needed. We were happy to have the amenity of free bikes through Xplorie and it was easy to arrange drop off for the week. Thank you for hosting us!
