Barton's Bliss is a luxury 4-bedroom, 6-bath Blue Mountain Beach home with gulf views, private beach access, an elevator, rooftop sunset views, outdoor living spaces, 2 neighborhood pools, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, clubhouse access, grill, fire pit, and golf cart availability. Sleeps 10.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Barton's Bliss is a refined coastal retreat in Blue Mountain Beach, designed for guests who want privacy, luxury finishes, and easy access to the Gulf. This vertical beach home offers gulf views, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, elevated coastal design, and multiple outdoor spaces for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Custom glass doors create a grand first impression, while the elevator makes it easy to move between levels, including access to the rooftop area for sunset views.

Inside, Barton's Bliss features a bright modern kitchen with custom white cabinetry, white quartz countertops, a farm sink, and a polished coastal feel. The open living spaces are ideal for relaxing after the beach, gathering for meals, or enjoying time together before heading out to nearby 30A favorites. Guests will also enjoy thoughtful high-end finishes throughout, including luxury tile, designer lighting, stylish ceiling fans, and modern bathroom finishes.

Barton's Bliss is located across from Big Redfish Lake and near the Gulf of Mexico, with private beach access to the turquoise water and white sand beaches that make this area so loved.

Barton's Bliss includes many finishing touches that make it ideal for a comfortable beach stay. Guests can enjoy a full kitchen, kitchenette, washer, dryer, balcony, porch or lanai, deck or patio, garden area, outdoor play area, outdoor shower, grill, and fire pit. The rooftop setting is a standout feature, offering a memorable place to take in gulf views and evening sunsets.

The home also includes access to community amenities, including 2 neighborhood pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and clubhouse. Private beach access makes days on the sand simple, while the location near Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, South Walton beaches, and 30A dining and shopping gives guests plenty to explore. A golf cart is available for guest use, making it even easier to enjoy the surrounding area.

Parking:

Only 3 vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway at Barton's Bliss. Vehicles must be parked in designated driveway spaces only and may not block roadways, neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or community access areas.

About the Community/Property:

This community strictly prohibits parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes/RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles.
Codes change on a periodic basis, so if you see more than one, it is because your vacation dates span over such an update.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive gated community located directly on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom-built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you'll be surrounded by beauty that is truly one of a kind. The location puts you within walking or biking distance of Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach hotspots — from ice cream to shopping, it's all nearby! Enjoy 2 community pools (one heated seasonally — the East Pool closes at dusk while the West Pool remains open a little longer), 1 tennis court, 4 brand-new pickleball courts, and a gas grill.

West Pool: Located behind the clubhouse near the main entrance. To reach it, head toward the entrance gate and look for the large white clubhouse building. You'll see the pool chairs and fenced pool area behind it.

East Pool: Located next to the tennis and pickleball courts. To reach it, head toward the center of the community. Gated (Deeded) Beach Access There's a dedicated path at the East Pool where you can park bikes or a golf cart. Walk across the crosswalk to the gated beach access.

This community enjoys exclusive access to approximately 7 acres of private beach, with no public access. We are also adjacent to a portion of Grayton Beach State Park — plenty of sand, plenty of space. What to Do and Where to Go Explore the 30A Bike Trail or play a round at Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. Looking for natural beauty? Visit Topsail Hill Preserve State Park or Camp Helen State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth checking out! Trash and Wildlife Bear-proof trash cans are provided and must stay fully closed and latched at all times except when placed curbside for pickup. Please remove the strap before collection and reattach it immediately afterward to prevent access by animals. No loose trash bags are permitted. Extra public trash bins are available at both clubhouses.

Other details to note:

In case they are needed, guests will find additional public trash bins located at the two clubhouses. Bear-proof trash cans are provided at each home and must be used at all times. These cans are equipped with specialized latches or straps designed to prevent wildlife—such as bears and raccoons—from opening the lid.

To ensure effectiveness, lids must remain fully closed and latched at all times, including on non-pickup days. All garbage must be stored in secure, covered containers that are latched shut and fully out of street view when not at the curb. Straps must be in place whenever bins are not set out for pickup.

Trash pickup occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Per Walton County guidelines, bins may be placed curbside the night before collection, but no later than 5am on pickup day. Loose trash bags are not permitted under any circumstances. When setting bins out for pickup, please: 1) Remove the strap before collection and reattach it immediately after returning the bin to the property. 2) Place the bin at least 3 feet away from any obstacle (such as trees, cars, or mailboxes). 3) Ensure the wheels face your house to allow automated collection.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
