Great location - nice spacious - would have liked laundry facilities either in the rental or usable on site at all hours - an upper floor would be better for more light and a view - the only very annoying thing was the smell from a plugged in deodorizer that was awful

Our condo was comfortable, inviting and clean. The location allowed us to walk to the Historic Plaza and the Railroad area. It was wonderful to spend our evenings in front of the fireplace as my siblings and I caught up with each other. We would 100% stay at Villa Rosa again!

This location was very adequate for our needs. It is close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied--enough dishes/supplies to be able to eat breakfast there daily. Very clean and comfortable property. The layout of the rooms provided privacy for two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

Almost perfect!

It really was a perfectly lovely stay. I wish the unit we stayed in had rugs or something to help with sound bc you can hear everything throughout the whole place, even when trying to be very quiet. Everything else was perfect…especially location!

Fantastic place!

My husband and I stayed at Zona Rosa for two nights in a wonderful two bed apartment with our two dogs! Was super clean, super quiet, had a wonderful fireplace, the bedrooms were a good size and comfy! They even had a doggy bed and bowls for food and water! The grounds were nice and clean!

3 GF get together

Condo very comfortable. Especially enjoyed many excellent restaurants within a block to block and half. Milles, French Creperie for breakfast, and Pranzo, traditional Italian for dinner both exceptional.
