"First time at ojo Santa Fe, much quieter and less crowded than ojo caliente. The water at caliente has higher mineral content and greater degrees of temperature than Santa Fe but the relative quiet nature of guests supersedes water temp / minerals. The staff was very pleasant in person and very accommodating but don’t bother trying to call, no one will pick up and or return your call. We loved the casita and dinner choices were exceptional. "Absolutely love this hotel now thats it’s renovated and under new ownership. Have taken multiple staycations here this summer because the pool is wonderful, the kitchen and bar are great, the rooms are stocked with comfy beds, and the staff goes above and beyond."

"The only thing I did not like was that I could not fully enjoy the stay or go to the spa. It was a quick trip into Santa Fe to attend a concert at the Lensic Theatre and an early morning to get on the road to an appointment. It is a beautiful hotel and location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especial because I misplaced my parking ticket. "
