The Lincoln 304 provides the quiet and convenience of a fully furnished hospitality/hotel-style studio, situated less than one block from the Santa Fe Plaza. Just steps outside your private residence, you can explore 400-year-old historic sites, shop for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of the Governors, experience Santa Fe’s renowned art and culture, and enjoy some of the finest Southwestern cuisine the “City Different” has to offer.

Perfect for families or couples traveling together, the 304 suite adjoins with its neighboring “big brother,” The Lincoln 303, a larger one-bedroom unit. You could even round out your stay by reserving the entire 3rd floor with units 302, 303, and 304.

Featuring an efficient King-size bed and open living space, this suite includes a stainless steel appointed European-style kitchen with a small hotel-size stainless refrigerator, coffee and ice maker, deep stainless sink, and a comfy seating area similar to a hotel room layout.
