There was a cosmetic and electronic issue with our place, but they were informed and were very understanding. Everything should be good for future stays. The counters had crumbs all on it, but nothing else seemed to be dirty.

The host at the desk was friendly. However, we asked for maintenance and maintenance never came. Also trash disposal was very inconvenient. Also the swimming pool was hard to get to from our villa. Unfortunately, there were no free washer dryer facilities at the site. We had to take clothes to a Washateria to get them cleaned. We will not rent at this place again. Nor will be recommended it.

Very good place overall. Check in code wasn’t ready and two of the three televisions didn’t work but they got them fixed. Good accommodations overall. I recommend it.

My birthday weekend stay.

Many good things to say: location, cleanliness, space, bathrooms were nice and clean. Even treated with brand new towels! A few negatives: We like cooking breakfast and noticed some of the kitchen plates, utensils and griddle still had some dried up food. We ended up just re-washing things before we used them. The beds REALLY need to be replaced as well as some of the pillows. Both beds are very worn and uncomfortable (even a pillow tops would help). We were excited about the KIVA fireplace but found no place that would sell wood. We checked with the office and they did not have any to sell.

We booked a room as represented on VRBO. The room we got assigned was not the same room and was not adequate. We were not notified that the room we booked was not the same as what we were assigned. We were suppose to be notified ahead of time and were not. Some of my paperwork had one unit number and some had another unit number. There wasn’t anyone to speak to on check-in despite leaving messages with the front desk, the manager and the after hours urgent phone number provided. We had to go to bothe doors and try the key code to determine which unit we were staying in. We did speak with the front desk manager when the office opened the following day and were moved to another unit. This took 1/2 day of our vacation to get completed. Subsequently, we noted there was not a washer/ dryer in the unit to which we were reassigned, so we planned to do our laundry at the laundromat on the property. Little did we realize, we were competing with the hotel housekeeping staff who were doing the hotel laundry. 4 washers were non-operational. So, this took another 1/2 day of our vacation to obtain coins from the front desk and do our laundry. There is much more I could say…..

Amazing Location

Can’t beat the view and convenience of the location. Nice spacious kitchen. There seemed to be some work being done or something as there were some exposed air ducts and whatnot. Overall, solid choice with an amazing location.

Ski trip

Closest we’ve been to Hyde. So the trip up to ski Santa Fe was so fast. Be quick getting down to make it to the hot tub before it closes. Great views and the fireplace is a great touch.

Disappointed.

Horrible toilet paper, tissues and paper towels. The washing machine smelled horrible and the dryer ran inconsistently and only ran on HIGH heat. The pool was closed & not available within our 2 day stay. The shower curtain fell down & the vegetable sprayer on the kitchen sink was broken. Be sure to clean the coffee pot before use. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. The views were beautiful.

Convenient and clean

Clean and spacious condo within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. Check-in was confusing, but once we figured out where to go and how to check in everything was easy an convenient.

Not Very Welcoming

The check-in process was not very welcoming. There was a lecture warning about noise and damages. Then there is an automatic $75 charge applied to my credit card "just in case". It took a few weeks for the $75 charge to be reversed. Not the best approach to welcome people to a rental property. I'm not a student on spring break.
