This historic two-bedroom vacation rental has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof with modern amenities and keeping the historic details. It is perfectly situated on Delgado Street, just three blocks from the Plaza, and just one from Canyon Road where you will be immersed in some of the finest galleries of artwork in the entire country, allowing you to enjoy the best of Santa Fe with ease. King beds, comfortable living room with a working gas fireplace, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. We are 4 adults of 70 in age. We had difficulty with operation of TV and coffee maker. Grab bars in the showers and coat hangers would be a nice addition. Overall, a very nice clean property, enjoyed are stay.

Perfect for our stay

We have stayed in Santa Fe a few times and this was the first time at this property and it was perfect! Walking distance to the plaza and to Canyon Road. It is exactly as described and we would definitely stay here again.

perfect location

Located between Canyon Road & the Plaza, easily walkable to both on level ground. Two comfortable bedrooms, 3 tvs, and large modern bathrooms with plenty of towels. Small round hightop in kitchen is the only eating space; not an issue for us because we like to try restaurants but not the best for families eating in. Only problem was reaching staff after hours and on the weekend. Key-entry pad stopped working, locking me out, and though my partner was still inside and let me in, there was no answer to the voicemail we left at the office Friday afternoon. Saturday we bought screwdrivers and batteries and replaced old batteries, after which keypad worked for a few days. Reached staff after weekend to learn the real problem is that sometimes they just stop working and need to be reset using a tiny hidden button. Would be helpful to have staff reachable for weekend problems. Otherwise, enjoyed the space and would stay again.

At arrival, the lights were on to welcome us. Easy parking, very easy walk to the Plaza. The place was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Only issue was the water heater wasn’t hot enough.

Great location!

Excellent vacation stay. Great location, very walkable. Easy parking. The internet didn't let me down when I had to take some work meetings. Comfortable beds and furnishings! The added convenience of laundry was a great perk. We enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly evenings. One easy addition would be handsoap at the kitchen sink for convenience. We'd highly recommended this rental and would stay again.

Great place!

The santuario was a great place. Had a little trouble checking in since the email went to my junk file but they were quick to respond. It is close to the plaza so we could easily walk to many places, including restaurants. Bedrooms were a good size and the living area had plenty of seating. The only (slightly) negative comment I could make is that there were no instructions for tv viewing. It appeared they only had streaming channels and no local stations. With college and nfl football in addition to mlb playoffs, it was frustrating for my husband.

Lovely!

Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was helpful when we couldn’t figure some them out. The kitchen was on the small side so if you plan to do a lot of cooking (which we did not). I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Property in Great Location

The unit has a well-designed airy layout with nice quality furnishings. The bedrooms are quite large and each has their own bathroom. Another plus is proximity to the square. It’s an easy stroll on sidewalk flanked streets. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable and close to the plaza!

We really enjoyed this property. While the property is small, there is fantastic use of space with a lovely kitchen and sitting area and two full bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. Everything was high quality and comfortable, new appliances and extremely clean. The communication with management was easy and fast. Highly recommended and would happily stay here again.

Very nice property!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well appointed. We would stay here again. The location was perfect. The parking is directly in front of another units windows, so in the evening/mornings we felt badly pulling in and shining our lights to park. Might suggest the property management put a fence up to block parking lights/headlights.
