Casa Encanto is a beautiful, historical Adobe home located on a quiet street in the heart of Santa Fe’s historic Eastside. This luxury home is a block away from the art galleries and shops of Canyon Road, and a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza.
The 'Downtown Subscription' Coffee Shop and a wonderful, local grocery store are around the corner.

This luxury home features a beautiful courtyard entrance and a private flagstone patio with fountain and outdoor dining table off the living room and kitchen areas, where you can relax and enjoy a meal, a BBQ, or refreshments. Follow the flagstone pathway to the completely private, outdoor HOT TUB.

This home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 queens and 1 King), 2 full baths, jacuzzi SPA, 3 kiva fireplaces, a cozy living room with a sectional, kiva fireplace and new large flat screen TVs and a wonderful, large and well equipped Kitchen.

Casa “Encanto” is located on our favorite street in Santa Fe: a peaceful, quiet road, that gives you the feeling of being out in the countryside, when you are actually close to everything! WE WALK EVERYWHERE!
Canyon Road is one block away, the Santa Fe plaza, galleries, restaurants and shops are a short stroll. Our favorite coffee shop and the local grocery store are just around the corner. Bicycle trails, hiking, skiing and outdoors activities are easily accessible too.

The Patio is peaceful & comfortable
You will love having dinner outside by the fountain, surrounded by bird in the lush, relaxing after dinner with a drink or a glass of wine, and then having a private hot tub under the stars.

The History within the Adobe walls: Be enchanted by the history within the adobe walls that was built over a century ago.
The thick walls, kiva fireplaces, authentic vigas, hardwood and flagstone floors makes this home a charming and fascinating place.

The home sleeps comfortably 6 people but we do allow 8 ( preferably 6 adults and 2 kids).
Please make sure to tell us if you need an extra mattress in the second bedroom.

We welcome well behaved pets and do charge a $25 per day per fee ( $100 min).

The beautiful GARDEN CASITA is located in the back of casa encanto and sleeps 2/4 more. Ask us to rent both homes together If you have a larger group and plan to stay longer.

We do charge for 1 midd-cleaning for monthly stays but we can also arrange as many cleanings as you want during your stay. Just let us know.

CASA LUNA: we also rent a beautiful 2 bedrooms 1 and1/2 bathrooms adobe home just across the street from Casa Encanto! Please contact us for further details.

The house was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. The pictures don't do it justice. It was so warm and inviting. The rooms, and especially the beds, were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make wonderful breakfasts. The hot tub and outdoor patio are were a also a huge bonus. The host was very easy to communicate with too. We would go back in a hearbeat! Perfect location!

This home was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It's on a very quiet street. More passers-by were walking than were in cars. It's very walkable! The kids loved their rooms and the kiva fireplaces gave the place an unsurpassed ambiance! So cozy!

Casa “Encanto”

The description is spot on - a wonderful place to stay while visiting Santa Fe. This property, filled with amenities, is historic, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Wi-Fi was available for those in our family working from home. The location is close for walking to town and the Capitol with its beautiful exhibit of art. The hot tub was soothing after long hikes. The host was responsive and helpful. We would book again.

Beautiful Space

There was a lot of rain during our visit so we spent more time inside than we would have liked, but I think that speaks to how well the space is laid out. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was a wonderful spot for puzzle time while it rained and the private patio was beautiful. Had it not rained, that house was still a wonderful part of the Santa Fe experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous adobe home in the best neighborhood in Santa Fe!

We loved this house so much! Beautifully furnished and decorated with a spacious kitchen and amazing private patio with plenty of good furniture and pretty plants. Location is unbeatable with just a 2-minute walk to Downtown Subscription for coffee and 10 minutes to Canyon Road. This is an exceptional property and we will be back!

Not Worth It

Mice living in kitchen near trash and above vent hood, ants everywhere inside and out, especially master bathroom tub. Courtyard overgrown to the point of us having to trim to get to hottub area (gardener came a week after we got there). Light bulbs out in lots of places - I bought at least 6 - when owner got back from vacation she brought some too. Washer working but needs work - makes awful noise; dishwasher utensil basket half eaten away probably by mice. Dead or dying plants all around when we arrived - my sister brought them back to life. Yukky old food left in fridge and freezer from previous tenants. AC "hose" in guest room required me buying duct tape to repair so it could work. Hose outside leaking so got soaked every time I filled shimmed fountain that's barely working. People in back unit had 2 dogs that were constantly coming under curtain divider. Dirty stained kitchen towels and curtains - plus windows constantly off track. On and on. .

Charming adobe house in Santa Fe

We live in Colorado and took UK family on a road trip to Santa Fe. This was a charming adobe house just off the Santa Fe trail about 20 mins walk from the town plaza. It had a private courtyard to sit with beautiful flowers and its own hot tub. Interior clean, well appointed and full of character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow, what a great stay. Easy, from booking to arriving. What great location, so quiet and calming. Great kitchen, well appointed from appliances down to the plates. Perfect space for 2 vehicles, might even fit 3. Beautiful courtyard for your guest's to relax. Don't forget the hot tub.... checkout was just as easy. Was a little surprised with each room able to control the cooling temperature. Perfect for guests control...

Loved every minute....

....of our stay at Casa Encanto. It served our purposes perfectly. We were three girls, friends from childhood, who reconnected after many years living on opposite coasts. Santa Fe offered the perfect halfway point, and Casa Encanto made it so easy for us to get reacquainted, relax and enjoy being together. From morning coffee on the beautiful patio and easy walks to Canyon Road and museums, Casa Encanto was a wonderful home base. Beautiful, comfortable and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful historic adobe in the perfect location.

We loved staying in this historic adobe, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The closed-in courtyard was perfect for our dogs and kids. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms are quiet and removed from the noise, perfect for early-to-bed and morning risers to not disturb the rest of the group.

Amazing Property and Perfect Location

Marta's property was aboslutely perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. We have been coming to SF for years, but with our growing family we needed to find a new place to stay and this was absolutely the perfect location. It's tucked away enough that it's very quiet, but it's close enough to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Rd, the Farmer's Market and more! The house was spacious and so clean. My kids were absolutely delighted to find a closet full of toys (even scooters!) in their room and it kept them entertained for our entire stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The patio was beautiful and such a nice place to spend the afternoon and mealtimes. Marta was easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful and responsie! Her instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise. We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip to Santa Fe!
