The Seaview sits atop Summerland’s highest hill, with abundant views of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy sunrise and sunset from the living room of this sun-filled home. Walk or take a quick drive to downtown Summerland or the beach. The Seaview is in a central location making it easy to explore the area. Montecito and Santa Barbara are just over the hill. World famous surf spot Rincon Point is 10 minutes away. Or simply relax in the backyard with unobstructed mountain views - private and elevated positioning, backed up by wild space. Walk to all the quaint Summerland restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, home stores, hiking trails and lovely Summerland Beach. Just a short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria. Brand new A/C installed in September.

The space
South and west facing windows flood the space with natural light and make for gorgeous ocean views and excellent sunset watching. Remodeled and very well stocked kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances will enable you to cook delicious meals together. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds ensure everyone will have plenty of space.
Beautiful and private yard backs up to open space with a lovely hiking trail. Large back deck with gas grill for lounging or dining outdoors. Walk down to Summerland shops/restaurants in 10 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes or drive down in 2-3 minutes. Wonderful location, perfect for enjoying Summerland, Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria.

Everything was lovely, beautiful view, perfect size for 5 adults and quant little town. I’m a clean freak so I like really clean homes so I feel like some things could have been cleaner: the couch had crumbs in the cracks, the dining chairs have stains on them, 2 of the towels in the bathrooms looked dirty and the carpet in the en suite bathroom looked dirty and with stains. However I would still stay here again because overall the weekend was great and my mother whom is very picky did not complain at all and loved the home. Thank you!

The location and views are great. Super kid friendly with a tree house in the back yard. Did have an issue with the refrigerator but the host rectified the issue quickly. The only thing that could be improved is the supplies of silverware and towels. We had six people and only had 6 towels for a week. It worked because the place has a washer/dryer in the unit. We totally recommend this rental!!

Wow, the views are amazing! The neighborhood was peaceful and picturesque, and the property was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space. All went very smoothly and we had a great stay.

attic place to stay in Summerland. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, and so much stuff to do in and around the house. Our kids loved the closet full of board games.

Overall ok home, but not excellent. Needs maintenance and upgrades. Pros: Quiet neighborhood, great ocean views from living room, updated kitchen, ample driveway parking for 3 cars, kids play area in rear, privacy from neighbors Cons: Property needs better maintenance and cleaning. Several towel bars in the bathrooms were loose, the sliding rear patio doors were stuck and inoperable, living room blinds very hard to open and close, master bathroom shower leaking water constantly, dining table chairs have stains all over the upholstery, multiple stains and dirty area rugs, living room couch had pet hair on it when we arrived. House has central AC but the air ducts are tiny, and some are blocked by furniture like in the living room. It was fine for us since the weather was cool on our trip, but if you plan to go on a hot summer day and are dependent on the AC, consider that this AC unit is barely acceptable. Several of the bath towels were frayed, thinned and had holes in it, and we would have appreciated a few more beach towels (we found only one). Property owner needs to invest in better towels. Overall, we expected better condition of the home for the premium price we paid. Bathroom tub/showers need updating.

Amazing views from inside of property. Very convenient location.

Excellent property. Very quiet and a great location to explore Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. Property very comfortable for up to six people although we only had four. Amazing view from the living room and kitchen area. Backyard looked out to canyon with no neighbors behind or to one side. Owner was easy to communicate with.

So Wonderful

This house was an absolute perfect stay for me and 3 friends for a long wedding weekend. The house was incredibly clean and organized and was exactly as described in the listing. The views of the ocean and Santa Barbara are unparalleled! I appreciated the communication with the host and how easy it was to get to the house. I also think the location is so wonderful - so close to downtown (10 min drive) with other awesome places to eat just around the corner. Will definitely be back!
