"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"This was located in a perfect location for exploring San Marco Square. We had a magical time here! Only complaint is that the main bed was really two twin thin mattresses put on top of a metal cot frame, so they weren't the most comfortable beds. Apart from that everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! The apartment size was excellent for our family of 4. We loved having a small fridge to store drinks in. We also appreciated how quiet it was. The portable AC was also powerful!"

"This place is very clean and modern and spacious which isn’t common in Venice. It was nice having a canal view from the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was huge.
