The Ownership of this Holiday Home rents exclusively through the most important Platforms and manages Reservations directly, so Availabilities are constantly updated (it is not necessary to ask for confirmation before making a reservation).

Holiday home with a living area of ​​approximately 100 m2, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people.
It is ideal for one/two families, two/three couples, or singles.

In our fenced property of approximately 1000 square meters in total there is also another holiday home.
Each has a space of approximately 500 m2 available for exclusive and independent use.
They only share the main entrance to the car park, so one does not disturb the other.

The holiday home is located in the tourist area of ​​Porto Pino, part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), which is approximately 5 km away.
We are located in the Province of 'South Sardinia', on the south-west coast of the island.
It is possible to reach us via the Cagliari-Elmas airport which is approximately 90 km away, via the port of Cagliari which is approximately 100 km away, or via the ports of Olbia, Porto Torres and Golfo Aranci.

The Holiday Home is immersed in a forest of 'Pine' type trees, so it remains particularly cool in the summer.
Just 30 meters away is the natural beach of 'Porto Pinetto', followed on the right by a series of beautiful coves, until you reach the natural beach of 'Cala su Turcu'.
While in the center of Porto Pino there are the 'First Beach' and the 'Second Beach', both equipped, followed by the presence of the 'Dune di Is Arenas Biancas'.
Then in the immediate vicinity of Porto Pino there is the natural beach of 'Su Portu de Su Trigu'.
The natural beaches can undergo morphological variations depending on the storm surges at any time of the year and are never subject to human intervention.
The equipped beaches, which also have free spaces, can undergo human intervention with the aim of improving their aesthetics for tourist purposes.
Between the 'First Beach' and the 'Second Beach' of Porto Pino there is a beach reserved for 4-legged friends.

In the center of Porto Pino there are also various activities, such as a market, parapharmacy, ATM, tobacconist, souvenirs, fishing items, bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, pizzeria.
There are also bicycle, dinghy and quad rentals.
It is also possible to organize boat and horseback trips.

In the surroundings of Porto Pino it is also possible to visit other beaches, archaeological sites, mines, museums, caves.

NOTE:

Small pets max 10 kg are allowed and one per booking.

Genau was ich mir gewünscht hatte, ein Haus in Fussnähe zum Strand. Zugegeben der Strand ist felsig und es ist nicht ganz leicht ins Wasser zu gehen. Dafür ist er fast immer fast menschenleer! Zahlreiche Restaurants sind auch zufuss erreichbar. Andere Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hoffen bald mal wieder zu kommen.

Siamo stati in questa casa in 2 famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini). Devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. La casa è sotto una pineta, il che la rende veramente suggestiva. Dentro abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva. La posizione è ottima, la spiaggia sotto è un po’ scogliosa, ideale per chi ama fare snorkeling. Il paese è facile gente raggiungibile anche a piedi e dispone di tutti i servizi che servono (farmacia, supermercato e altro). In definitiva direi che ci siamo trovati benissimo e ringraziamo molto per l’ospitalità. Speriamo di risentirci presto!

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben im Pinienwald ganz in der Nähe vom Strand. Der kleine Strand war toll, im Gegensatz zu den Sandstränden waren nur wenig Leute dort. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die Fenster waren mit Moskitonetzen und Gittern gesichert, so dass wir uns auch wirklich sicher gefühlt haben. Matteo war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Lage zum Strand, zu Fuß bis zum Wasser keine 2 Minuten. Gutes Restaurant und kleiner Einkaufsladen in der Nähegut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus und im Garten lässt es sich auch bei Temperaturen von 35 Grad gut aushalten. Und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Fön, Waschmaschine, Herd, Töpfe, Pannen, Schüsseln Teller, Besteck, Tassen). Dass einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine, aber wir waren halt auch in Italien und dort war halt "nur" eine typisch italienische Kaffeekanne (etwas größer als die für Espresso) vorhanden und da bekommt man halt nur jeweils 2 Tassen raus. Aber das ist jammern auf großem Nivue. Ansonsten alles supi, kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus sehr schön, großzügig, gediegen, idyllisch im Pinienwald, mit toller Terrasse, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Kleine Minuspunkte: einige technische Unzulänglichkeiten wie fehlende Glühbirnen in einer der Wohnzimmerlampen, schnell verstopfende Dusche mit nur schlecht zu schließendem Vorhang, sodass schnell Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden fließt, merkwürdig ungleichmäßige Küchenausstattung (zB. nur drei große Löffel, dafür mindestens je sechs Pfannen und Töpfe). Insgesamt aber sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nette und effektive Abwicklung und im Bedarfsfall weitere Kommunikation mit den Vermietern! Extratipp: unbedingt Mückenschutz anwenden, zB. Glimmspiralen. Sonst ist die Terrasse praktisch nicht nutzbar.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Pinienwald, es ist sehr ruhig und man kann den Strand in weniger als einer Minute erreichen. Der Strand ist zum baden aber weniger geeignet. Es gibt aber genug wunderschöne Buchten in der Nähe.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Matteo für die gute Kommunikation!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Schatten von Pinien. Innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß kann man kleinen Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurants und den Hauptstrand von Porto Pino erreichen. Der kleinere Strand in nur 30 Metern Entfernung ist zum Schnorcheln sehr geeignet. Da das Haus im Schatten liegt und es genug zu entdecken gibt, haben wir Klimaanlage und WLAN nicht vermisst und auch das Funkloch hat nicht weiter gestört.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Gute Lage mit Strand vor der Haustür. Das Haus ist auch schön Kühl durch die Schatten Lage. Die Betten sind jedoch etwas durchgelegen und sehr weich. Bezug und Handtuch gab es nur gegen Aufpreis. Übergabe war problemlos. Schöner Strand in Porto Pino . Es lohnt sich 5 min mit dem Auto zu den Dünen zu fahren. Restaurant gibt es im Ort. Nächster grosser Supermarkt ist allerdings etwas weit entfernt. Gerne komme ich wieder.

We stayed in Matteo’s property for a week. The house easily accommodate two families; beautiful veranda for plenty of al fresco dining surrounded by pine trees! Ideal for families who want to be right next to a beautiful, uncrowded sea. We would suggest to organise for basic supplies to be made available before arrival.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Fliegengittern versehen. Allerdings gibt es sehr viele Mücken, die auf der Terrasse und im Gerten nerven. Ansonsten ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Der kleine Strand 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt ist wenig besucht und sehr schön. Der feinsandige große Strand von Porto Pino ist in ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Kaffee in die Hand und dann raus ans Meer. Das war unser morgentliches Ritual. Sehr schöne Bucht. Wunderschönes kristallklares Wasser... Das Haus an sich ist voll ok. Der Garten voller Pinien ist top. Die Gartendusche ist einfach klasse. Im Haus sind die Dinge durchaus in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirrspüler gibt es leider nicht. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich den mal vermisse. Man kann wirklich schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Auto ist unbedingt ratsam.

Nos hemos sentido cómodos en un ambiente muy campestre y a dos pasos de una pequeña playa bonita, aunque el baño en el mar se hace un poco complicado porque el acceso al agua tiene muchas piedras. La puesta de sol desde la playa próxima es preciosa, y cogiendo el coche hay otras opciones como la playa de las Dunas, que están a 10 minutos. La cocina bien dotada, el porche muy agradable. Éramos seis personas y hemos estado muy agusto

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher) haben das Urlaubshaus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist etwas altmodisch, aber überraschend gut ausgestattet, oft gibt es nur 4 kleine Löffel und 2 zerkratzte Teflonpfannen. Besteck ist in genügend vorhanden, auch Töpfe und Pfannen. Überhaupt ist mehr vorhanden, als in der Beschreibung angegeben. So gibt es eine kleine Kammer mit Putzmitteln, aber auch Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Im Bad ist auch ein Fön vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur das Meeresrauschen. Mit dem Morgenkaffee am Strand (3 Gehminuten) ist man oft noch alleine. Leider gibt es viele Mücken, aber die Fenster sind gut mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kleine Minuspunkte waren die für uns zu weichen Matratzen und die Lampen im Garten, die die ganze Nacht brannten und uns zu hell waren. Zudem ist das unnötiger Stromverbrauch, auch unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass man im Haus darauf hingewiesen wird, Lampen nicht unnötig brennen zu lassen. Die Galerie mit den beiden Betten ist sehr hübsch, allerdings zum Schlafen zu warm. Wir haben eine Matratze für unseren Sohn nach unten in den Wohnbereich genommen. In der Kommunikation mit der Agentur hatte ich nicht richtig verstanden, dass der Meeting Point einfach die Geschäfte am Ortseingang sind, da es etwas schwer zu erklären ist, zu der Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Es wäre gut gewesen, dies im Vorfeld deutlicher zu kommunizieren. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus und in Porto Pino. Wir kommen eigentlich nie an einen Ort wieder zurück, aber falls wir doch wieder einmal nach Südsardinien kommen, würden wir sofort wieder dieses Haus buchen.
