Great stay

Lovely place to relax. Relaxing surroundings. Good facilities. We rented a car so saw lots of the island but always felt warm coming home.

Bien située

Maison fidèle à l’annonce, très bien située à 2 pas de la mer et plage. Grande piscine. Points négatifs: Pas de climatisation dans la pièce principale, c’est un problème car il y fait très très chaud (juin pour notre séjour).Manque d’équipements dans la cuisine (ustensiles, prises pour brancher appareils, seulement 6 fourchettes…)

Maison agréable à vivre

Maison très agréable pour la famille, grand espace dans le salon, bien équipée, salle de bains modernes, belle terrasse, à 50 m de la plage en plus. Tout est à côté : restaurants, petit supermarché. La piscine est de bonne taille. Seul petit bémol : le vis à vis quand on est dans la piscine, qui se voit de la rue et par les voisins quand ils sont dans le jardin ou leur piscine. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps!

Très bon séjour à Minorque

Villa très bien placée, dans Punta Prima, à 2 minutes de la plage et des commerces.Arrivée très facile grâce aux indications.La villa mériterait un rafraichissement complet.Elle est pratique mais il manque des choses, notamment dans la cuisine (fourchettes en plus grand nombre, une cafetière plus grande). Heureusement nous n étions que 3 car sinon cela aurait été compliqué...Il n'y avait à notre arrivée que des filtres à café et une bouteille d eau. Pas d autres éléments de base type huile,vinaigre, sel, poivre souvent présents dans les locations. Prévoyez de les acheter ou les amener.Les chambres sont correctes, la literie confortable. Il manque un peu de prises électriques ou triple prise dans les chambres et la cuisine.Très grands placards très pratiques dans les chambres et le couloir.Belle piscine agréable même si le vent y amène beaucoup d épines de pins.Les transats mériteraient d être remplacés et la douche extérieure rénovée (des morceaux de carrelage sont enlevés).La terrasse est grande mais elle donne sur la rue. La table à manger sur la terrasse mériterait d être changée (elle n est plus plane).La maison était propre à notre arrivée et un ménage a été réalisé en milieu de séjour.En résumé, une maison très bien placée mais qui mériterait une petite rénovation.

Séjour de rêve

La piscine et l’emplacement de la maison en font un choix merveilleux pour qui veut passer un séjour de rêve à Minorque. Fabuleuses balades depuis la maison et la plage à 2 mn. Un excellent séjour.

Maison très bien située près de la mer.

Très bon séjour dans une maison fonctionnelle à 100m de la plage . Calme ménage intérieur impeccable et régulier tout comme l’entretien de la piscine. Beaucoup de placards dans toutes les pièces donc très pratique . Une remarque ceux de la cuisine pourraient contenir un peu plus d’ustensiles: spatules pour les poêles, essoreuse à salade, quelques petits plats et petits saladiers en plus. Nous avons acheté des plateaux pratiques pour les repas sur les terrasses. Rien de bien honereux et cela rendrait cette maison parfaite. Toutefois très satisfaits de cette location. A conseiller!

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is an excellent beach nearby(100 m) and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. Punta Prima is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I have felt so relaxed and connected to a place for a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We had a wonderful time on Menorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Trepuco Uno which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Punta Prima it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Binibeca, Mahon, and Binissafuller where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties(Paella, Gazpacho...) there. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

We have booked this villa 2 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Playa Punta Prima beach. It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. Everyone in Punta Prima was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Binibeca and SAlgar and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall, a great holiday spent at Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Punta Prima and Binibeca. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We recommended it to all who wish to relax with their children and spend a great time in Punta Prima. Plenty of space inside the villa for 6! The inside was fine, bedrooms comfortable and air-conditioned in all bedrooms. Great location in the heart of Punta Prima but still in a quiet neighborhood. We took several trips to fab beaches and some lovely restaurants nearby Punta Prima. Overall lovely island, a nice location, and friendly people.Will definitely return.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Agni Travel for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional tavernas where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Punta Prima very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

Une maison vide... dommage !

L'emplacement de cette maison est idéal et sa propreté presque parfaite (une odeur de renfermé dans les placards), en revanche, une absence totale de vaisselle est à noter : pas de plats de service, aucun petit électroménager, pas de bols ou de ramequins, un seul saladier... Dans une maison pour 6 convives, c'est vraiment léger. Surtout compte tenu du prix de la location. Par ailleurs, les placards de la cuisine étaient totalement vides à notre arrivée : c'est toujours mieux quand quelques produits de base sont déjà là. Mais la maison se situe dans un petit village sur une très belle plage : emplacement idéal.

The villa was perfect for our needs. It is simply furnished but is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There are lots of other villas around but the location of this one just worked for us. Easy access for the bus to Mahon and the car hire place is the friendliest I’ve ever used. Punta Prima is friendly and the beach is lovely.
