A wonderful oasis of well-being awaits guests at the stylish traditional finca LA REAL, located very close to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on the east coast of Mallorca.



The finca offers absolute peace and privacy, with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and, on clear days, even as far as the sea.



The highlight is the beautiful garden with a well-kept lawn surrounding the large 14 m x 6 m swimming pool (depth 1.20 m to 1.90 m). Wooden loungers by the pool invite you to relax, either in the sun or shaded by a parasol. The covered terrace, furnished with sofas and a dining table overlooking the pool, is perfect for social gatherings. For sports enthusiasts, a beach volleyball court is available on the property.



With approximately 220 m² of living space spread over two floors, the finca provides a cozy ambiance with attractive floors and light walls. High French windows and beamed ceilings complete the tasteful interior. Guests can unwind indoors on the sofa in the comfortable living room with satellite TV. The dining table is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen. The three bright bedrooms ensure restful nights: one is on the ground floor with a double bed, while the other two are upstairs, each with a double bed and access to a terrace with fantastic views. The property has three bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, and two upstairs (both ensuite, one with a shower and one with a shower tray).



The village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is only 5 minutes away by car, and the nearest beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor or Sa Coma, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.



Heating is available for an extra fee during the winter months. Pets are allowed upon request.
