"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."

No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. "Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well."
