"Decent size room with lift, lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna and a nice garden. Walking distance to the seafront and 5 minutes drive to supermarkets. Staff there were fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay there. Thank You!"

We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. "The staff were lovely and the location was super convenient. The hotel has been knocked about - being next to the rugby stadium may contribute to high wear and tear - but everything in my room was clean and fine and comfortable. My only real complaint would be that the WiFi in the room was terrible and I had to go to the lobby to get work done. Great bath"
