"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we went on our various tours. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Avoid room 19 since it is by the reception area and can get loud. Close to the Plaza but away from the hubbub. Highly recommended!"

"Manuel and the staff were nice and helpful. Just take note that the airport shuttle service is not totally free of charge contrary to what’s posted online. The free shuttle is a shared service with other hotels. There’s a charge if it’s private. Also, some tour companies may not pick you up or drop off from/ to this hotel even they say they do. "

"the staff was super friendly and very helpful. once you arrive the doorbell is on the top right hand corner of the door way. they keep the doors locked for safety. breakfast was good they do have eggs they cook to order for free. the bed room was perfect for our needs. the beds where very comfortable. the bathrooms where very clean they provide toilet paper. only thing i would suggest is the bring shampoo and bodywash of your own liking, this is how i always travel. they do have shampoo and soap...

"Proche de la place centrale, à deux rue du centre , tranquille, confortable, personnel sympathique, pas de fenêtre extérieur dans la chambre familiale, c’est le seul point négatif mais on n’est pas passé du temps à l’hôtel en réalité. "the room was clean, staff were super helpful, it’s not in historical center Plaza de Armas but it’s just 7 mins walk on rather steel street. "My good looking Turkish partner and I booked this so called hotel for one night. We arrived shortly after booking only to be told there were no rooms available, even though keys to 5 rooms were visible.
