Vallorsaia is a stone Villa dating back to 1500, surrounded by a beautiful view of the montedoglio Lake
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots, crockery and kitchen utensils of all kinds, mokas, kettles; tables, benches, sofas and TV, fireplace.
10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms divided into 6 apartments with kitchen and bathroom;
The bedrooms and the villa are furnished in Tuscan Style; Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer, toilet and bidet; each apartment has a TV.
Firewood, washing machine, iron and iron board available.
Free WI FI is available in most of the rooms of the house.

The Villa has an amazing view over the Lake, from the Villa start the best trekking routes.
It is a large pool with umbrellas and sun loungers.
Outside private parking, the Villa can be reached with 20 people.

Villa Vallorsaia is located in the higher part of the private park of 300 hectares of the farmhouse La Conca.

The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10.

We had a joint family holiday and a small wedding towards the end of the week. The location is beautiful and Chiara was very pleasant to communicate with. We recommend the wine tasting!

We can highly recommend the location and the La Conca service for vacation, particlarly for several families. The location is wonderful and has a nice mixture between community areas and private appartments which makes it particularly suitable for vacation with several families. The service was excellent, responsive, swift. We will definitely consider doing it again.

Wir waren mit 7 Familien (14 Erwachsene und 11 Kinder im Alter zwischen 9 und 17) dort und hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus, eingeteilt in Appartements war traumhaft. Wir konnten zusammen kochen, toll draußen sitzen. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und charmante und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Etwas schwierig war es vorab die Zimmer einzuteilen, da es wirklich sehr verschachtelt gebaut ist - total charmant, aber auch das war lösbar und alle waren zufrieden. Sehr empfehlen können wir auch "den Koch im Haus", tolles Essen, preislich gut und hat uns den Anreisetag mit einem Pizzaabend und den Abreisetag mit einem Frühstücksservice erleichtert.

Stunning location. Amazing views. Huge amount of internal and external space. Great pool. (Photos don’t do it justice). Do get a 4x4 for the track up to the villa though if you are hiring. Chiara was excellent and even sent back a jacket I left free of charge.

Everything about our vacation was magical ! The 500 years old villa has so much character with all the facilities that you need to be comfortable. You will have the nicest view of the lake and surroundings, and be able to witness beautiful sunset. The highlight of our stay was our wedding at the villa. I have no words to describe how perfect it was and Chiara was a big part of it. For all the year before she was so responsive, nice, very helpful and meeting her just confirmed how great she is ! I can’t thank her enough for what she did ! If you are thinking about getting married there or have a nice vacation, I would 110% say go for it !

(english below) Wir haben die Villa Mitte August für eine Woche mit 20 Personen besucht. Es war ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen, Baden, Spielen und Kochen (Grillen / Pizza). Die Lage der ganzen Anlage ist 'einmalig' mit tollem Ausblick über die Landschaft, fern ab von Verkehrslärm. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle Familien zum Schlafen, chillen, Spielen, Essen und dergelichen. Das ganze Team war unglaublich freundlich, offen und hat uns von beginn an herzlich empfangen. Der Pool (ganz für uns) war ausreichend groß und aufgund seiner Lage die Top Location der Anlage. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass für große Gruppen sehr gut gekocht werden konnte, der Grillbereich wurde ebenso genutzt wie der 1A Pizza-Ofen. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber (Pool-Reinigung alle zwei Tage) Kurz: ein toller Ort um mit einer kleinen/großen Gruppe einen Urlaub zu machen - auch mit mehr als 20 Personen. Anmerkung: die alleinlage bedeutet auch, dass man nicht wegen ein Stück Butter zum nächsten Supermarkt fahren sollte (also bitte planen ;-) ), We visited the location for one week at mid of August with 20 Persons (kids and adults). It has been a great place to relax, chill, play, swim and cock/eat and so on. The location of the villa is really fantastic, away from traffic noise, other people and so on - with a nice view over the valley. The whole team has been very friendly and open - from first day we received a warm welcome. The pool (which was just for our group) had reasonable big size and based on its location the top spot of the villa. The kitchen is equipped that you can prepare food also for bigger groups - the BBQ place has been frequently been used, as well as the Pizza oven (great thing). The whole area was nicely arranged, clean and maintained by the team (pool cleaning every other day). In short: a wonderful spot to spend a holiday at for smaller or bigger groups (also more than 20 persons). Shor remark: the standalone location requires that you do not go shopping for a piece of butter, only... so planing is required ;-)

Staying at Villa Vallorsaia was great. Reservation and Communication with Chiara and her family was super uncomplicated and easy. We really enjoyed our stay at the beautifull villa with a fantastic mountain landscape sorrounding the place. The service was just perfect. Every Question and Problem (Oven broke) was solved uncomplicated, fast and friendly. I can really recommend visiting this place

Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well.

We found this to be the perfect property for the youngest to the oldest of our family members. It was in such a beautiful situation and the view spectacular. The pool and the individual apartments were a real bonus. The owners were such a kind, helpful and welcoming family. Our time at villa Vallorsaia was truly special
