"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much...

"A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

"We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. "We had a wonderful stay! The rental is in a fantastic location—right in Wilten, with great shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away. It’s the perfect distance from Innsbruck’s city center: close enough to walk, but still in a quiet, charming neighborhood. We also loved how easy it was to get to the Bergisel Ski Jump—just a short trip. The apartment was comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Innsbruck with convenience and local charm!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und flexibel möglich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar alle nötigen Verbrauchsmittel wie Spülmittel, Müllbeutel und sogar Kaffee. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Bäder sind geräumig."

"Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again."
