"What a great find! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than expected for the NYC area. Great location close to Greenpoint. Area was very walkable. Rooftop area is lovely. "The property was clean, well appointed, just what we needed. Our suite had a microwave, dishes, silverware, cups and mugs and a toaster. We were able to make allergy friendly breakfasts and lunches which saved us. The property is about a 10 minute walk to the subway which was good during the day, but I wouldn’t do that in the evening. "Exceeded my expectations heavily as I’d never been to New York before. From the jump the staff was so welcoming and accommodating in all ways. Best customer service I’ve received at any hotel.
