"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. "

"There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. With all the extras, I would suggest labels on the cabinets and their content. I...

"Communication was great, and she was unbelievably accommodating given our circumstances. My kids had to drive up from Ohio to say goodbye to their Grandma, who was on hospice, and she was really flexible on our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. "

"Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!"
