"I took my son here for his 8th birthday, the location is literally perfect, right down the road from the park itself and right on the river? Could not have asked for anything better. John was our host and made it absolutely wonderful to be here, the cabin was in perfect condition. All in all we are DEFINITELY rebookin!!!"

"Out family has stayed here a few times evey time is always nice.As soon as u enter the property you know its a safe quiet and chill vibe.Deers roam the property early in the a.m and at night its nice to see them so close. Fishing dock is short walking distance from ur comfy rooms. Great AC, smart tvs,great water pressure. Property manager answers ur messages pretty quickly and it just nice overall 👌"

"Our extended family of 6 ranging from 10 to 75 stayed at the Cottage and all had a wonderful time. Ty is a great host and he and his wife gave us a tour of the property which is absolutely amazing! We were able to feed the giraffes and TANK! My daughter said feeding princess the giraffe was the best experience she had during our week long adventure in Texas! Only wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks Ty for a wonderful time. "

"Judy is an attentive host with attention to detail. She met us at check in to show us around on her golf cart. As mentioned in the listing, there are other rental properties and homes nearby so there are other people out and about, but we had the pool to ourselves which our children enjoyed. Beautiful landscaping by the pool and we saw/heard many birds. Lake access is a short 5 minute walk. "

"Judy was amazing! We’ve been looking for a new vacation spot for years and we have found it here! Felt like we were at home without all the responsibilities of home! She was helpful and informative, if something was wrong she was right there (hiccup with working a different tv) she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She’s a true blessing. Loved our much needed vacation and will be back soon for another trip to the beautiful cabin! "
