"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. The spa is excellent, I went back to the lovely Noy twice during my stay for her life-changing massages. "Very convenient and nice . Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nice . The gym was also good , even open 24/7 and there was a sauna in the locker/ changing room area . Didn’t get to try the pool but it looked nice . Didnt dine at the property since there were so many options nearby. "
