"This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize."

"This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The first morning we had to take cold showers. The whole hotel had no hot water. Towels didn’t even dry us. They don’t have security at night so every night, someone was loud and obnoxious. The worst was our last night. Loud music and screaming until 3:30 am. I got no sleep. The bathrooms were dirty and needed renovated, the pool had chunks taken out of it. Only positive was the front desk lady. She was very nice. Will never stay in that hotel...

"The property didn’t appear to what it looked like in the picture. The air conditioner above the bedroom wall was leaking on to the bed and my head where we sleep multiple times. The room gets hot in the middle of the night. We notified the staff and he tried to fix it but he stated it had to be fixed when we check out. They also need to update their cookware. The beach water had seaweed all over it. We couldn’t get in the water. They had to replace the coffee maker which was not working."

"Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area.
