Beautiful setting but facility not maintained
We were very impressed with the layout and general architectural features of the property. Unfortunately, our pleasure at arriving at such a beautiful place was soon marred by a variety of issues related primarily to the lack of maintenance on the property. We will list them:-The lean of the pool deck chairs were broken ( they crashed down when we reclined) The bolts at the pivot points were stripped and no longer holding-The sliding patio door would not lock. Both patio door and screen could only be opened and closed by exceptional strength. We removed one patio screen, cleaned and lubricated the track and rollers with good result. We did not do maintenance on the doors.-A light fixture above bath sink was not operable-There was a light fixture above the patio sliding door hanging by wires. We temporarily tucked it back up into the glass sconce.-The TV size (100 cm) is appropriate to a desktop-not a large living room.-There were power outages ( almost all night on one occasion), while power in the neighborhood and in the units above and beside our unit, was on.-The patio table chairs were very uncomfortable.-There were emaciated neighborhood dogs wandering around the pool deck area looking for food.-A major flood of waste water from the unit above us backed up in our unit due to blocked pipes. It flooded our kitchen cabinets Although some plumbers showed up after the flood, all our other concerns were not dealt with. The reason given was that they were very busy.
