"Adrian war sehr hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Mit Humor! Optimal für ein paar Tage am Strand. Genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe und freies Parken. Strand ist klein aber sehr fein mit Bar/Cafe im Hintergrund Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber. Preisleistung passt."

"Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern....

"Mooie locatie. Ruime huisjes. Alles erg netjes en schoon. Super ontbijt en top personeel. Loopafstand naar het dorpje is ook prima te doen. Enig klein minpuntje is dat de bedden een beetje hard zijn en ik miste een fluitketel/koffiezetapparaat. "

"We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. "Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Hügeln um Murta Maria und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer vor Olbia und die ein- und auslaufenden Fähren. Die großzügige Terasse lädt sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum abendlichen chillen ein.Der Pool bietet absolute Privatsphäre und ist in der Größe sehr ansprechend. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Es befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, schön angelegten Anlage. Eine perfekte Lage, um die wunderschönen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. "We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

"Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible...

"Uns wurde die Unterkunft bereits von Bekannten empfohlen und wir waren sehr begeistert. Es fehlte an nichts, Fragen oder Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet oder uns geholfen. Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und einfach toll und liebevoll angelegt. Eine neue Küche wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt eingebaut, da haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Einkaufen oder Strand ist nur mit Auto möglich. War aber für uns kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder! "
