Welcome to Villa Ebenezer. This is a beautiful studio Mediterranean style villa within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. Perfect beach vacation spot! The villa is located in Cluster 2 of Rio Mar, an exclusive gated vacation/residential community with easy access to everything you look for in a vacation. The studio has a Murphy bed, which saves space for the living area during the day. It has one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony with a beautiful view towards the resort and ocean. Enjoy A/C, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Cluster 2 has a newly renovated pool and two gazebo areas with grills all within walking distance from the apartment. The one mile stretch of golden sand beach is perfect for lounging or taking on water activities, if you prefer.

The Resort is just 5-10 minutes away from El Yunque National Rainforest and very close to many other attraction areas around the northeast part of the island, like Luquillo Beach, the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo and the ferries to Culebra and Vieques. Guests can also visit the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach, Resort and Spa where they can enjoy the facilities, including the casino, spa, five restaurants and bars, gym, and tennis courts. The Resort also has two championship 18-hole golf courses designed by Tom & George Fazio and Greg Norman. You are also one short drive away from many local neighboring restaurants and bars.

The apartment was bug infested!! The hot water heater is defective and the shower water gets cold constantly. The window blinds are not light filtering therefore there’s too much light to be able to sleep past 6am. The AC blows directly at the bed and in your face all night. Not worth the money to stay here. The owner does not care about his renters. We had to leave 4 days early.

It was my girlfriends and I first time visiting PR and we are very happy we chose Bill’s place. It is perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check in was very easy and simple. Literally everything was great. Definitely would book again in the future.

Home Away From Home

This accommodation was perfect for our needs. We could relax and have a “staycation” with everything needed to prepare our own meals and unpack our stuff. We hardly drove because everything we enjoy - the best beach and pool- are in walking distance. We depart feeling entirely refreshed. Thank you!

PR Perfection

Bill’s place had everything we’d hoped for to make our trip comfortable. We were able to prepare our own meals in a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities were clean and in good order. Bed was comfortable, and the porch was perfect for admiring the beauty of the park. I highly recommend this place for a couple or small family.

Fabulous condo!

The condo is well appointed, the host had everything available that one needs on a beach trip. The resort was beautiful, several lovely pools one very close to the condo. The beach is within walking distance or there is a parking lot right there. All the restaurant recommendations Bill left are amazing. It is a little tricky at first understanding the 2 gates you go through to get to the condo. It has nothing to do with the host or condo its the security of the complex. I'd advise looking over the email Bill sends after you've booked to have an easier time getting to your vacation. Enjoy!!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay so much. Clean, quiet, convenient to many beaches/rainforest. Owner very easy to comunicate with. Only thing that might be helpful would be even more detailed information about security gates and how to come and go from property (alittle tricky for us to find initially but after a couple of times it became clear). Lovely, safe, affordable

The property was well-maintained and very functional. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could cook in and the beach was within walking distance from the Condo. We appreciated that the property is part of a gated community as this made us feel very at ease and safe. We had a great visit!

Great location

We absolutely loved the location and our unit. It’s great for two people or a family with small children. Bill was responsive to us throughout our stay and very helpful. We were close to wonderful restaurants, the beaches and San Juan. Rio Mar is a great location for exploring Puerto Rico. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in exceptional condition. Everything needed was at our finger tips. Location was great 5 minutes to the beach great. Amenities and percs were out standing. The ower must be congratulated for the excellent upkeep of his property. Most definitely recommend this property.

Exceeded our expectations

We were pleasantly surprised with this hidden jewel (entire complex is beautiful and well maintained. Felt like paradise (true vacation). We enjoyed the private beach and pool. We stayed for and entire week (during a holiday). The villa is huge so it never felt crowded. The fully equipped kitchen was super helpful to prepare healthy meals. We also enjoyed meals at Don Pepe's restaurant nearby and traveling all over the island while staying here. Bill is truly a premier host. He made us feel welcome and was so responsive. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

10 nights in Paradise

Excellent location from SJU airport. The beach access and pool near the beach was great. The kitchen was well equipped and making breakfast was like being at home The local panaderia was great for some meals and pastries.
