✨ Important details:


🚭 Smoking: outdoors only. If additional cleaning is required due to the smell of smoke, $50 is charged, so that the next guest receives the place as clean and fresh as you received it 🙏🤍


🦟 The use of mosquito nets is optional. If used, we respectfully request that you treat them with great care, as the sieve is very delicate. In case of damage, a $45 fee will be charged, corresponding to the cost of the specialist who performs the repair.


🧹In the bathroom or kitchen drawers you'll find green or yellow cloths to clean whatever you need.
The white cloths are for facial and hand use. If they are used for other purposes or are very stained, a charge of ₡4,000 per cloth is made, as the guest after you expects the same cleaning.
