"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. "The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room. Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fabulous! If I could give them ten stars I would. Our room was beautiful and immaculate; so comfortable I wanted to move in and live there. Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. "This property is very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. One thing to note is that our room was equipped with a portable air conditioning system. It worked well, but would start with a rattle."
