Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. However, the photos made it appear larger than it actually is. It’s a 1947 home situated near an industrial area, and most of the surrounding houses were built around the same time. While some nearby homes have been updated and look quite nice, others have not.Parking is a definite challenge—both sides of the street are lined with cars and trucks, often partially on the sidewalk. Parts of the home have been updated over the years, but some areas, like the bathroom floor, appear to be original.Overall, it has been maintained in some respects, but there are still noticeable signs of its age.

Pros: The house is decorated nicely. We had an ant problem during our stay & the rental company was responsive & handled it appropriately. Cons: The neighborhood is quite sketchy, we never felt fully safe. We always had to drive quite a distance to get something to eat as the immediate area was too rough to dine in anywhere. The bathroom needs serious updating, it felt very old and grimy & has limited space for your toiletries. We were only supplied 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, & 2 washcloths for 3 guests for 4 days/3 nights. The rental company is SUPER over the top, requiring multiple forms signed, IDs verified, credit card verification, etc even after the rental was paid in full. It was super annoying & time consuming. We were limited how high we could turn the heat so we were always cold. Would we stay here again? Nope.

Great stay! Comfy, clean house with comfortable, memory foam beds. Water pressure in shower is intense in a good way. Accommodating hosts. The parking on the street can be difficult if you have a second car you need to park. We had to park quite a ways a way one night. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Cute backyard. Great location. Walkable to a lovely produce market and there are lots of restaurants within a mile or two. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute and clean

When we arrived there were cars lined up on each side of the street. What I can say is the neighbors are polite and quiet. The driveway was left clear so we could park our car. Very quiet for as much activity that surrounds the neighborhood. Very cute and clean home. Had the needed items. I purchased and left a few things for the next guest’s to add to the comfort. Although the bathroom is small, it was adequate. The water pressure is amazing in the shower. The beds were very comfortable and there were quality sheets and towels provided. We were very comfortable and would stay again. The owner is kind. She and I had a nice conversation. I would stay again in a heart beat.

House was perfect for us

My husband, daughter and I were in Redwood City and stayed for 3 nights here. It worked perfectly for us. We really loved each having our own bedroom and a well appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was super quiet at night, the water pressure in the shower was great, the closets were empty and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Our daughter loved reading outside in the back yard in the morning. We would stay there again.

Redwood City House

We enjoyed our stay in the Redwood City area for two weeks in Oct 2024. The house was a single level. There were three bedrooms and one bathroom. There were small side table dressers in the bedrooms and small closets. The bathroom had a tub/shower and was rather small. It could fit one person comfortably. The house was equipped with essentials but could use more pans and tableware if more than two people were staying and they wanted to use the kitchen. The appliances worked well. The living room area has a large couch. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area on the dining room table. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The backyard was nice sized and had furniture to enjoy the nice weather. The garage is not available to park your car. There is room for one car in the driveway. If you have a second car, there is street parking available if you can find space. The washer and dryer are in the garage and accessible through a door from the kitchen. The area felt safe but is densely populated.

Bathroom needs an update . The shower/bathtub faucet was held together with an odd screw and was not operable. The next morning a manager sent a man who fixed it temporarily but it is loose again. Also the oven was dirty and had a greasy cookie sheet in it.

Clean and comfortable… only negative is only room for one car to park in driveway and there is not much room on the street for parking. Good stay!
